**What do you like best about Chaport?**

Easy to integrate to use almost immediately. Chaport's UI looks and works like a usual chat app and operators could easily just use it seamlessly.

One other smart thing is how we get to view each users chat history all in one place to know how to track issues from their previous issues and reponses, which make it more organized for us to serve them better.

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

Not an issue. It could be a bit less in price but still a better price with the features it already has.

**What problems is Chaport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a need to get feedbacks from visitors, help answer their questions, and also get to engage on real time when the need arises. Using Chaport has made that even mre than possible and even made it better for our team.

Chatport's UI looks like and simple, so operator easy to intouch with customer. Nice to integrate Facebook, Telegram...

The document isn't great. It doesn't have all event to integrate so I have to ask supporter. The document should more detail.

**What do you like best about Chaport?**

The dashboard and customization options which allowed me to make the widget look like it's custom-built for our site. Another major reason for me writing this review is how awesome the support team is. They provided technical advice on how to best comply with GDPR rules, and they were super fast to respond. They have for sure gained a loyal customer.

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

Nothing really that I have noticed, I would suggest some more features to be added but I wouldn't consider it to be a dislike and I don't believe this is the right place to mention them.

It made us more approachable as a business, the user doesn't have to leave the page he is in to engage in a conversation with us. we definitely noticed a rise in engagement numbers

So far, no disadvantages found for us.

We offer our visitors a new contact option with the chat function and can provide additional service through the robots and generate leads even outside of office hours.

The thing I like best is the possibility to link different message apps like Viber, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and so on. You can then answer directly on Chaport

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

I think that the configuration is not too immediate. It could be made easier and more intuitive

**What problems is Chaport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I worked for a company who did customer assistance for house appliance. We had a internet site, a facebook page, Instagram and so on... Chaport was useful to keep track of all the messages from the customers, no matter on which platform they wrote.

Complete help any question in the chat online support. I compete my goes. I am very happy with chaport.

Very difficult to say. May be avatar imagen in free version of chat bot. Then all is perfect.

I finished my goes in only 1 day. In my case the chat bot plugin for my Joomla websites.

Besides quick and friendly customer service (through the chat) it's a very easy to use tool. Chatbot setup, users, auto invitation and more. Can recommend.

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

It's safe to say they want you to buy a premium or business package. But all in all it's affordable, so no lives lost there.

**What problems is Chaport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We try to enable our sales department through the chat, and make our customer service available by phone. This seems to working well so far.

Easy to install on my website. Good Support that helps to adjust the details.

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

The triggering logic for auto-invitations is somewhat simple. You can't combine "and" + "or" condition
The adaptability of the graphics (logo, etc) is limited. Anyway, I like it the way it is.

**What do you like best about Chaport?**

Chaport was incredibly easy to integrate on my site. The configuration options are better than other chat widgets I've tried. They have a really generous free tier perfect for solo-founders.

I couldn't figure out how to change the first auto-sent message so I reached out to support and they helped me within five minutes and I was able to do what I wanted.

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

Some of the UX could be improved. There was an 'i' icon which generally means an information tooltip, but it was really the edit button. This was what I reached out to support about. I suggested they change it and they were super friendly about it.

Live chat with visitors on my website. I just installed it today so no real benefit yet other than what I think I'll get from having live chat.

ease of use, optimized for mobiles, they have app for smart phones, auto pop-ups prompting visitors to write their question, you can pre-save replies etc. it increases very much your probability of conversion, which is great for ecommerce

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

I struggled quite a lot to get the standalone mobile app working - even if I set myself to online, it won´t always do the job.

helping visitors answer their questions, remove objections if they have any, increase trustworthiness and thus overal conversion rate goes up

Ease of use. Simplicity is sometimes underrated, there is no need to over complicate this. Integrations simple and straightforward.

Not a lot as yet. I have been using for 10 days and I cannot see anything that I do not like

Customer enquiries asking about products, which has already led to sales. Reassurance that the product is what they are looking for.

Very easy to use software, and having both desktop and mobile application versions makes it possible to chat through live chat whenever and wherever you are.

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

What I didn't like about the software is that it doesn't have a compatible version for my iPhone X, so I had to change phones to be able to have the mobile app.

The price is very fair for the functions offered by this excellent software for business communication software.

Excellent simple live chat solution that has provided my company with a direct way to communicate with potential customers through my website.

Chaport is easy to use with a beautiful chat widget. I love the fact that the API allows further customization and that we can pull user details within our app. 

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

Just one small issue: Users have to create their own saved replies, and it can not be added by the admin for all users. Although, not a big deal. 

**Recommendations to others considering Chaport:**

Pricing is based on the number of operators that can be online simultaneously, which makes it even more affordable. 

**What problems is Chaport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer in-app chat support for all customers within our property management system which is used by 2,400+ properties. The chat is so much more effiicient than tradionell phone support.

• Unbeatable pricing plans. Chaport offers FREE,FOREVER and Pro plans. The FREE,FOREVER plan itself offers the features such as collecting visitor emails that helps acquire customers, while many of its competitors charge somewhere between $10-50 per month. If you want to engage more with your customers, its Pro plan offers more advanced features such as Auto-invitations.

• Modern design. UI matters. Let's be frank here: Chaport has a beautiful UI. Its modern and minimal UI style beats most of its competitors. Furthermore, it is very easy to customize the UI to match your theme.

• A robust team on your side. Today, there are dozens if not hundreds of chat support providers in the market. What actually distinguishes these SaaS providers, in our humble opinion, is the support. We had some technical issues on our site and Chaport's team always provided us a fast turnaround.

**What do you dislike about Chaport?**

No matter how much percentage of the market an SaaS provider occupies, no such an app is perfect that solves all. Although Chaport does not support too many third party integrations at this moment, its developers will add more down the road. Talk to them and they listen to you.

Simply try it. It's FREE,FOREVER. If you think Chaport is not good enough, tell them and they do listen to your feedback.

I don't like that it keeps me signed if I click out of the site but don't properly "log out".

Clients getting frustrated with not a quick enough response at times. Some benefits like quick answers for clients not ready to place an order without a phone call needed.
