**What do you like best about ChannelSight?**

I really appreciate the cooperation with ChannelSight as a company and the scalability of the solution. The reactiveness, quality of work, communication, and flexibility of the solution are also notable. It enables us to move quickly and implement solutions globally in many countries simultaneously. This cooperation has helped us build good relationships with our partners, with the quality being visible not just to us but also to the companies we're cooperating with. I found the setup quite clear and easy, and once business interests align, the implementation can be super quick, sometimes taking just two to three weeks.

**What do you dislike about ChannelSight?**

I don't really have any specific criticism about ChannelSight right now. I just think that with the evolution in AI capabilities, ChannelSight will naturally advance further.

**What problems is ChannelSight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChannelSight to enable ecommerce activities for our customers, creating seamless purchasing journeys from our site to checkout.

**What do you like best about ChannelSight?**

I like that ChannelSight's process works effectively, ensuring the prices they get for our items are consistent with what's on retailer sites. Their team is just awesome—friendly, smart, and agile, which makes for a great experience. They made the initial setup very smooth, which I really appreciate. They are always looking to add features and ask if we need anything further, showing a proactive approach. Using it with our Shower Designer is an integral part of our customer experience.

Nothing

I use ChannelSight for the Where to Buy Widget, which unearths the best possible pricing for our customers.

Most people dislike the lack of customer service and support from ChannelSight. The platform can be cumbersome and difficult to navigate, and users report that it’s difficult to get help when they have a problem.

ChannelSight tool is one of the best tools to maximize the sale of business products through branding, email marketing, inventory management, enhancing customer's experience and website visibility.

**What do you dislike about ChannelSight?**

The tool is a great help for business but the pricing is a bit high, it can be moderated as most of the features are not available for free version, also, the user interface can be a bit improved, rest all is good with the tool.

Enabling easy sales to customers is one of the key feature, helps in inventory management, keeping a track of purchases, helping the website to grow and maximize sales, this platform helped us alot.

What can be most helpful and best about the ChannelSight program for daily use and for my team at large is the functionality and simplicity of using ChannelSight. My team leverages the platform to Buy, Digital Shelf and as a  Shoppable Media solution provider

Something that could be improved on the platform for Channelsight is when a user has a multiple users in function, it can become a bit weird or glitchy to maneouveor. Regardless ChannelSight is very functional.

ChannelSight is a the tool we've been using to help us buy, sell and digitally align and optimize all of our paid spending dollars across campaigns for various clients.

Offering a huge number of products, marketing the products of brands via emails, inventory management of data and their details, and most importantly, it lets us know on which website our product is available so we can manage our inventory.

Pricing is slightly high, not many features are accessible in the free version, and the website is somewhat not user-friendly.
