It helps organize what would otherwise be a very manual process and gives us better visibility into issues that need attention. The monitoring is useful, but the team's responsiveness is the biggest differentiator. They understand issues quickly, help move takedowns forward, and reduce the back-and-forth for our internal team. Onboarding was straightforward, support has been strong, and the ROI is clear: less manual tracking, faster response, and better protection for our users and brand. **What do you dislike about ChainPatrol?** There is not much that I strongly dislike. The main area for improvement would be making the workflow and reporting even more transparent, especially around the status of specific takedown requests and what actions are still pending. There's always at least two or three team members online looking to help us. They're proactive in building out custom features if anything is lacking, which is pretty rare. What stands out is that they don't just detect threats and call it a day -- they actively block and take down phishing sites, fake domains, and Telegram scam groups, often before we even know something is out there. The platform covers a lot of surface area: domains, social media, Telegram, and even browser extension stores, which matters a lot when your brand has been around since 2014 and gets targeted regularly. I also value how fast the response is -- when something malicious pops up, it gets flagged and actioned quickly, not sitting in a queue. The pricing is great, and their team is consistent, with low turnover so we're always working with the same people.
