CertReel Reviews & Product Details

CertReel turns the documents you already have (a safety orientation, an SOP, a handbook policy, a photo of a procedure) into video training your team will actually finish, and keeps the records that prove it. Upload a PDF, Word file or photo, or just type the topic. CertReel writes the training from your rules in two formats: animated scenes where characters act out your policy, or step-by-step Instructions with a real photo on each step and safety warnings people can't miss. You review every line, photo and quiz question before anything goes to your team. Delivering it is simple. Send each employee a personal link, or print a QR poster for the break room or the machine itself. Staff train on their phone with no app and no password. They can't skip ahead, and the quiz reshuffles if they guess. Bundle several trainings into an onboarding course with one link and one progress tracker. Add Spanish or any of 70+ languages to a finished training, under the same link and QR code. Every pass earns a branded certificate with its own public verification page. Your results show who passed, how many tries it took, which language they used and when, ready to export for an inspector, with recertification reminders when training comes due. Built for small and mid-sized businesses without a training department: warehouses, restaurants, care agencies, clinics, retail, trades and activity businesses. Pricing is flat, with no per-seat fees and unlimited learners.
