**What do you like best about Certain QMS?**

Both writing and reading documents is easy.  The system needs little administration, easy to customize to our needs. We have almost 7000 documents, using 1000 documents daily. 
Customer support know the system and solves any problem quickly. 
We only use the document module.

**What do you dislike about Certain QMS?**

Lack of detailed planning for future versions. Would appreciate a more structured approach to version control, including lists of improvements and fixes, detailed for IT-support and for users.

**What problems is Certain QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Writing and publishing procedures and governing documentation in the hospital
The system notifies when there are new or revised documents and procedures available

Helps us keep procedures and processes up to date while ensuring they are easily accessible to all employees.

**What do you dislike about Certain QMS?**

I would have preferred a simpler display page for the end user.

**What problems is Certain QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a high-level process map that helps ensure everyone works consistently with projects and other core processes in the company. It also makes it easier for employees to find relevant procedures and HSE documents.

Documents are easy to maintain. My favourite module is risk management, a thorough and logical module.

**What do you dislike about Certain QMS?**

I would prefer a compliance module to simplify improvements and reporting. Would like more dataviews to get better oversight.

The company listens to the customer's needs and improve the product accordingly.

A compliance module would be very helpful.

The systems helps our emplyees keep on top of prodecures, as well as enabling them to report deviations in a userfriendly way.

A good editor and excellent workflow tools makes it a pleasure writing documents. 
Many good funcionalities in general.

Frontpage should be more flexible and som of the funcion more intuitiv for the readers of documents
