Centric Reviews & Product Details

Centric is a relationship intelligence platform for agencies and professional services firms. Every firm builds relational intelligence: the trust, context, and understanding earned through years of client interactions. That knowledge is its Relational IP®. Almost no firm has built structure around it. Centric measures relationship health across five behavioral dimensions through its proprietary Relational IP Index, benchmarked against your organization's own definition of excellent relationship management. Relationship managers get pre-call briefings grounded in behavioral science and real-time context. Leadership gets early warning signals months before a relationship deteriorates into a review. Voice-first capture means the system gets smarter without anyone doing CRM homework. CRMs track what happened. Centric tells you where relationships stand and what to do next. Built by a founder who spent 20 years managing client relationships for billion-dollar brands at agencies including Burrell Communications, Mars United Commerce, and Leo Burnett.
