Assembly being integrated into Microsoft teams is a great convenience. I don't have to log into anything separately, it is already there for me to just click and acknowledge my Team for their hard work.

I love it all. I don't dislike anything about this.

It solves the problem of team members not feeling seen or heard. It reminds me to acknowledge their hard work.
