Their back-end UI is very simple to use and it is very easy to get all the campaign data you need. I would check the campaign frequently, and never had a problem with data not refreshing or syncing. Similarly, you can link the donation campaign straight to a subpage of your website, making it easy to integrate into platforms you already use. It is also user friendly from the front end, and the team/personal pages were what we needed. Onboarding was also straight-forward and simple to set up with Jenna, albeit a little surface level. Our non-profit did due diligence when it came to selecting a fundraising platform, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have landed on CauseVox. They are easy to use, customizable, safe, and have outstanding customer service. In 11 months, we have had zero issues with usability or security. Our website has embedded numerous campaigns, which allows us to keep funds organized. CauseVox also provides the option for "monthly recurring donations", which only requires a single entry from donors, and allows our organization to budget future projects. CauseVox took half a day to set up. Our old system was so clunky and took so long to set up. CauseVox had all of the features we needed.
