I would check the campaign frequently, and never had a problem with data not refreshing or syncing. Similarly, you can link the donation campaign straight to a subpage of your website, making it easy to integrate into platforms you already use. It is also user friendly from the front end, and the team/personal pages were what we needed. Onboarding was also straight-forward and simple to set up with Jenna, albeit a little surface level. However, Jenna was super helpful and was always responsive. Overall there were no major problems and this is a great software with a really reasonable price. **What do you dislike about CauseVox?** Our team wished there were more customization options with the team/individual pages, and we had some mild issues initially with image uploads and formatting everything. **What problems is CauseVox solving and how is that benefiting you?** CauseVox gives an affordable and accessible option for easy fundraising. When fundraising is easier to execute, it is usually more successful as well, and we experienced that same success with CauseVox. ### 2. It is easy to pull reports from the backend, too! The communication and customer service is very attentive. **What do you dislike about CauseVox?** The price of Causevox doesn't seem to be very competitive with similar products on the line. If you discontinue your account you lose access to all your historical data which can be extremely frustrating. **What problems is CauseVox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fundraising and storytelling. They are easy to use, customizable, safe, and have outstanding customer service. In 11 months, we have had zero issues with usability or security. Our website has embedded numerous campaigns, which allows us to keep funds organized. CauseVox also provides the option for "monthly recurring donations", which only requires a single entry from donors, and allows our organization to budget future projects. **What do you dislike about CauseVox?** We have not had any feature, safety, or interface issues since signing up with CauseVox. There are video tutorials for moments that we got stuck setting up campaigns, and we accessed customer support via email when we had further questions. **What problems is CauseVox solving and how is that benefiting you?** CauseVox has allowed us to give every donor the option to support a specific cause. We felt donors needed to have the opportunity to allocate their funds to any of our campaigns. CauseVox made this easy for us, and easy for our donors. ### 4. Our old system was so clunky and took so long to set up. CauseVox had all of the features we needed. The thing I liked the best was the step by step guide that allowed me to see what I still needed to do and ensured I didn't miss a crucial step. **What do you dislike about CauseVox?** The site design was not as flexible and customizable as we would have liked. We need a more comprehensive reporting feature, particularly when it comes to batch reports with stripe and seeing who was in each batch. **Recommendations to others considering CauseVox:** Don't look any further, this is the best peer-to-peer site. **What problems is CauseVox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our reach is so much more vast with CauseVox. And offering monthly donations is a big help! **What do you dislike about CauseVox?** I don't entirely love the language around the "tipping" feature because I think it might mislead some donors to think they're "tipping" my organization. But, it's a big help to have a more advanced donation processing system, so it's ok for now. **What problems is CauseVox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're getting away from Square for donations, which felt too commercial and profit-based and didn't keep people on our website to process donations. The monthly giving option is a big benefit too. The next step will be to create a full landing page for donations, since currently we are just using CauseVox as a popup. ### 11. Before causevox we never really had a fundraising system whatsoever- but because of causevox- not only do we have a way of processing donations and managing fundraisers but we have an entire backend crm that helps us manage donors, build out a monthly giving campaign, and understand where our most successful initiatives lie. It has been phenomenal. But what truly sets Causevox a part is their phenomenal team. Whenever you need anything- they are incredibly responsive and there to support. It has been amazing! Not only do they let you know of new initiatives that they are unveiling but they let you test, build, and grow the platform with them and that is the best. The company is way more than a platform- i look at them as a resource to really help you to fully develop your fundraising initiatives. They want you to succeed- not just to profit from you but so that you have the tools to truly fulfill your mission. I love causevox! **What do you dislike about CauseVox?** The only things that I dislike about Causevox are some of the features User interface- I wish that they either had more modern templates or various templates that we could utilize to enhance the brand experience Payment processor- I REALLY am hoping or an Apple Pay or Google Pay option in the near future- it is incredibly relevant for our users CRM- I can't stress enough how much I love the backend database that they offer- however, it still needs a little bit of work in regards to pulling reports. I like to be able to customize my reports and as it currently stands, there is limited functionality on this end- but i think in time this will improve. **Recommendations to others considering CauseVox:** I would definitely recommend Causevox if you are just getting started with the peer to peer realm- it will help you get it off the ground in a great way **What problems is CauseVox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Biggest thing is tracking donors- we haven't had that capability before- but now we can track who gives, how often, and when they give- definitely with a little bit of work but the fact that everything is tracked is helpful. ### 16. Minimum customization, struggling to fit your brand experience inside of a half-baked landing page. Not CauseVox. Campaigns are simple to create and the flexibility of branding is fabulous. The Fundraiser experience is simple, flexible, and works from templates - so the amount of training a supporter needs to use the system is low. I could go on and on - I love this tool. **What do you dislike about CauseVox?** Inviting additional admins can be a pain... since you have to give them permission for each separate campaign instead of giving them access to the full account. But even then, it only takes a couple of seconds. **Recommendations to others considering CauseVox:** We're a small nonprofit and so we're always looking for tools that allow us to get the best functionality for the best price. This is the best option I found - with more flexibility than many of their "larger" competitors. **What problems is CauseVox solving and how is that benefiting you?** About a quarter of our annual fundraising is peer-to-peer. Before CauseVox, we were using a tool that was really hard for fundraisers to use - so often, they didn't use it. With CauseVox, more fundraisers are willing to engage with the tool - which has lead to far greater results. In addition, since the campaign pages allow for such detailed information, we're able to put all of our event information AND our case for support on the main page. I love that it allows us to put the goal in terms of families served instead of just dollars. And I really like that we can mask the CauseVox URL and make the page appear as a branded URL. ### 37.
