I therefore really like the ability of the tool to automatically identify topics and related associations and sentiments. You still have the option to adapt the coding according to your needs but the tool does the main part of the job with high reliability. Also, the guys from Cauliflower are just great to work with, because they are always super friendly, super responsive and very solution-oriented and helpful. **What do you dislike about Cauliflower?** It takes some time to get used to working with the codeplan, but they gus from Cauliflower have worked a lot on making it even more user friendly and always offer support when needed. **What problems is Cauliflower solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a research consultant at a quantitative research consultancy, me and my colleagues are doing surveys with open ended questions every day.
