What do you like best about Cauliflower?

As someone who has worked in qualitative market research and did a lot of coding by hand I know how lengthy and error prone this process is. I therefore really like the ability of the tool to automatically identify topics and related associations and sentiments.

You still have the option to adapt the coding according to your needs but the tool does the main part of the job with high reliability.

What do you dislike about Cauliflower?

It takes some time to get used to working with the codeplan, but they gus from Cauliflower have worked a lot on making it even more user friendly and always offer support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a research consultant at a quantitative research consultancy, me and my colleagues are doing surveys with open ended questions every day. Super easy to upload files, order their structure and have them analyzed within a few minutes. The dashboard is easy and intuitive to use and gives great insights about the sentiment behind the words. Also, you have full transparency on how the words are rated.
