I love how I can track all of our metrics for all of our shows in one easy place and they make publishing a breeze.But what I love the most, is as someone who's role is tied to revenue, I can check out what organizations are listening to our podcast and then work to build sales momentum within those. As a content creator, I love the ability to take long form content and make it digestible for all types of consumption with written and visual aspects. The least helpful part of Casted just comes with the growing pains as a start-up. Sometimes there is something a little off or not working properly and I have to contact their support team. However, they usually are quick to respond and help with the issues! Other than the fact that it is a powerful tool and takes some time to understand how to maximize, most of the tool is pretty intuitive which is helpful even when problems do arise, sometimes it is possible to make a bandaid fix while the issue is with the support team.
