It is very easy to use and we can easily track the expenses and saving in a single pdf report. We get an instant balance from CashBook. We no longer need to use a calculator even once. **What do you dislike about Cashbook?** Cashbook is overall very good except for the interface. The interface is little tricky and a little different to understand. Except for this everything looks fine to me. **What problems is Cashbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cashbook helps me track all my expenses and incomes at a single place. It consists of all the features for the management of the Cash book-related activities in daily accounting. It's a digital recording application in which all the entries, records, and transactions can be managed. It provides a real-time MIS report which accountants and senior management can analyze for their further decision-making. It supports multiple organizations and also can be integrated with many of the third-party software deals in accounting. **What do you dislike about Cashbook?** It will open only after registration and mobile number verification. Quite problematic if accounting work is delegated to staff. User access can be simplified with verified user rights. User Interface, required to be upgraded as per the latest accounting software. **Recommendations to others considering Cashbook:** For the management of accounting and finances of mid-sized organizations, this tool works very well. It can be integrated with most third-party software, and data can be shared in various formats. All the transactions, credit, payments, and invoices can be generated and managed from a single module. It will provide the balance sheet in real-time. Calculation speed is fast and syncs all the files in very little time. **What problems is Cashbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** For management of various vendors, their accounts, transactions, Collections records, etc., there is a need for easy operates the software. This tool helps the user to record all the vendor data and their terms as per the requirement and notify all the pending collections and invoices to be more accessible. The workbooks and cashbooks can be easily shared in various formats like pdf and excel. It records all the transactions organization-wise, and multiple companies can be created to manage different accounts at a single point. ### 8. In comparison to competitors, it is by far the BEST! Hands down! **What do you dislike about Cashbook?** The only thing I disliked was that the program did not integrate with our ERP (Procore) at the time we were wanting to keep using it. **What problems is Cashbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was solving so many issues! Automatic bank reconciliation is a huge time-saver! In another software, we used this was not an option and I cannot begin to tell you how many hours each week wasted doing this all manually!!! ### 9.
