**What do you like best about CaseFox?**

I like how CaseFox helps me manage legal work more efficiently by combining tracking, case management, and billing into one platform. The billing functionality is great for ensuring billing accuracy, making sure no billable work is missed. I find the time management features extremely helpful for billing, and the reporting and AI functionality are really beneficial. It's nice that CaseFox promotes efficiency and saves me valuable time. The setup process was seamless, which made things easy for my firm.

**What do you dislike about CaseFox?**

The reporting functionality could do with other functions to help address unique needs.

**What problems is CaseFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CaseFox helps me manage legal work efficiently by consolidating tracking, case management, and billing into one platform. It improves billing accuracy and ensures no billable work is missed, while AI functionality allows easy access to case summaries and document generation, saving valuable time.

**What do you like best about CaseFox?**

I use CaseFox for legal billing and matter management, and it secures my billing process, making everything so much easier. I love how easy it is to use for my team, and its UI is amazingly simple. The initial setup was easy with a demo and walkthrough, and I don't need to use it with any other tools. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about CaseFox?**

I think the document storage feature could be improved. At the moment, I have to go into cases to view the case-related documents, which is great to save time but sometimes it also is a lot of work.

**What problems is CaseFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CaseFox secures my billing process and simplifies legal matter management, making everything easier for my team.

I like CaseFox for its ease of use, and I find it extremely well put together. It's excellent for tracking time and invoicing clients, and setting it up was extremely easy.

**What do you like best about CaseFox?**

I have used CaseFox for several months, there is a lot of things i loved about it. First the setup procedure was very easy, I was able to use it right away without any hassle. The interface of the software is very user-friendly, which makes it simple to manage cases, time tracking, and billing. One of the best feature CaseFox has is the AI document template generator it saved my lot of time instead of creating documents from scratch, I can simply make it by customizing the template. I had used CaseFox everyday for managing my legal operation, It helped me to bring huge difference in the workflow. Customer support team is responsive and very helpful, they solve the issues promptly. The integration with other tools is seamless, It keeps everything organized at one place. Overall my experience with casefox is very good it has reasonable pricing compared to other similar software.

**What do you dislike about CaseFox?**

There are few things that i don't like about casefox is the mobile app, I would love to suggest to improve its functionality as it is bit slow when we switch between screens or make updates.

**What problems is CaseFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CaseFox has helped me to solve many problems in my daily works. Before using i was not able to track billable hours and manage case details as it is one of the time consuming process. But with the help of casefox i can easily do it. It helped to stay organized and made my workflow more smoother.

**What do you like best about CaseFox?**

I like their product.  Great value for your money.

**What do you dislike about CaseFox?**

We were pretty happy with their product until this incredulous customer support experience.  We hope not everyone at Casefox is like this but whoever is managing the service@casefox.com account needs to be fired.   This person blocked access to our account and unilaterally canceled our membership on top of hurling f-bombs and racist remarks in our email exchanges.  This person had total control over our account access and was not being supervised.  It's shocking that a complaint over subscription charges would escalate to such non-sense.  We can't believe they would allow this to happen.  It's completely unprofessional and hurting our business.

**What problems is CaseFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing and time entry.

**What do you like best about CaseFox?**

I like this system because it allows me to take my cases in an orderly manner and anywhere without affecting the storage capacity of my laptop, and its interface is very versatile and easy to use. With this system I can easily integrate it with systems like Dropbox and google drive.

For me, the attention that the technical support people have given me is very important, since I have been able to give them certain recommendations in order to improve this great program.

I also asked them for certain functions as they are, improving the memos for my work team, putting in more detail the separation of the positions of each team with their respective cases. Among other things, it is not a good idea to mention them, but I can say that they solved these requirements in record time.

**What do you dislike about CaseFox?**

At the moment the only thing I really do not like and I told the technical support people is that it is possible that such a complete program does not bring a mobile application. Of the rest I have no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering CaseFox:**

This software is able to adapt to any type of business, not only in the legal plane, but also can be adapted in the medical field and other types of businesses. I would only recommend you to try it because of what I do, I have been able to experience excellent progress and growth in my company.

**What problems is CaseFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to use this system has been very helpful because it has allowed me to streamline all the processes of my cases, allowing me to track every detail in the legal field and thus be able to earn them with professionalism. I am very satisfied to have acquired and acquired this system.

The data is maintained in the cloud so the lawyer can use phone, tablet or computer in order to enter his/her billable time.

**What do you dislike about CaseFox?**

Not easy to transfer a billing entry from one case to another.

Good cloud-based solution for billing and time management.

CaseFox is my go-to billing software. After using various other options, I decided on CaseFox. It created LEDES compatible invoices which are easy to upload if you are using Bottomline, for example.

Easy to input details of what I've worked on so clients can know what I've done for them in an easy to read fashion.

I don't like the drop down menus as sometimes my work doesn't fit in those.

Billing difficulties. I like knowing how many hours I have billed to ensure I meet billables.

Easy to use, fairly intuitive and affordable. Versatile enough to suit lawyers, freelancers and other contract workers

**What do you dislike about CaseFox?**

Timer needs to be easier to use, should be able to bill for any interval not just by the 3 min, app could be much more robust 

**What problems is CaseFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it to track time for work I was doing at a company with no formal time tracking system
