Entering text directly is not recommended because you can easily lose your work, and you can't visualize what you've written due to formatting constraints. The project tracking percentage is basic with unsophisticated algorithms making progress look better or worse than actual. Retrieving reports from Cascade is difficult and the system is so clunky that it's not worth the effort. The setup was not easy, requiring one-on-one training with the supplier and follow-up with an internal specialist. I am puzzled to see so many positive reviews.
