CV Web - CV Web is user-friendly and we really like how CareVoyant listens to customer suggestions for improving functionality - one of the recent great features is excel.csv and .pdf print capabilities in the Schedule Manager module. Payroll: Daylight Savings Time (DST) - they are working on a resolution for the proper calculation of hours worked and proper overtime calculation on the DST day for the overnight schedules that fall on the DST day. The billing function for when a client has 2 insurance plans: we submit a claim to the primary insurance - primary covers a portion of the claim, the CV system does not adjust the amount so that the remaining portion is adjusted on the claim and sent to the secondary insurance company.
