CAREGFA Reviews & Product Details

CareGFA is a comprehensive customer flow management platform built for organizations that serve customers in physical locations. It combines six integrated applications into a single cockpit: Queue Management — Customers take tickets from interactive kiosks, mobile app or WhatsApp. Agents manage calls, transfers, holds and service from the CareGFA Counter desktop application. VIP and priority routing, real-time SMS and WhatsApp notifications, and voice announcements in French, English and Arabic are all built in. Appointment Scheduling — Customers book appointments from the mobile app, web portal or WhatsApp. Automated confirmations and reminders reduce no-shows. Calendar management by service, agent and branch. Digital Signage — Manage all your screens remotely from one dashboard. Four display modes (token list, media only, token + media, popup). Schedule promotional content, corporate videos and queue information across branches, regions or countries. Also available as a standalone digital signage solution. Mobile Client App — Customers find the nearest branch, take a ticket remotely, track their position in real time, manage appointments and leave reviews after service. Available on Android and iOS. Customer Feedback — Collect satisfaction at the point of service via tablet, mobile or SMS. Four question formats: emoji, CSAT buttons, star rating and descriptive cards. Every response is linked to the customer's ticket for granular analysis by service, agent and branch. Analytics & Reporting — Real-time dashboard with 9 key performance indicators across all branches. Daily and weekly automated reports. Service-level performance comparison. API integration with Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
