Customer Feedback — Collect satisfaction at the point of service via tablet, mobile or SMS. Four question formats: emoji, CSAT buttons, star rating and descriptive cards. Every response is linked to the customer's ticket for granular analysis by service, agent and branch.
Analytics & Reporting — Real-time dashboard with 9 key performance indicators across all branches. Daily and weekly automated reports. Service-level performance comparison. API integration with Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
