**What do you like best about Cardly?**

I like the fact that they offered handwriting and that the handwriting looked real. In fact, one of the styles is very similar to how I actually write.

The site is very easy to use, there are plenty of designs to choose from, and the pricing is also very fair. It's great being able to pay for only what I want to send, rather than having to buy a package or pay a monthly fee like S*nd Out Cards.

When I received the sample card, I was impressed by the quality of the paper, the writing, and the design/printing were much better than I was expecting. 

I feel confident that the clients I sent Xmas cards to got something of good quality. I'll for sure continue to use the service.

For now, there's nothing to dislike about the service.

In the past I tried getting branded thank you cards made, but I hated writing in the cards and didn't like the idea that there was only one design. Cardly will make it easier to send cards more frequently, as well as having more creative options.

**What do you like best about Cardly?**

I love that Cardly creates a pain-free and seamless automated service, which is invaluable. The customer support service is fantastic, especially Patrick, who provided answers to every question, assisted with the setup of the automated service, and used video to demonstrate what I needed to do. I like the ability to add my own design to make the cards personable to the recipient or 'on brand' for the company. The card quality is 10/10, very sturdy and well-made, and the handwriting features add a nice touch. Cardly aligns with our gratitude as it provides high-quality cards and personable touches instead of flimsy, bulk-ordered cards. Patrick was amazing and provided the best customer service I've ever received from any company, ensuring we will use Cardly for every need moving forward. The setup was very easy.

**What do you like best about Cardly?**

Cardly has been a fantastic tool for my business - sending cards to my clients, as well as personally, sending cards to friends & family members around the world. 

I love the ease of the platform, how real it looks to my handwriting, the ability to add doodle/drawings, but most importantly, the quality of the cards!

I've used a previous online card tool in the past that felt like stock paper and didn't feel professional. But Cardly has beautiful card options that feel of high quality.

Lastly, whichever postal service they use is great! The cards always arrive the week it's a client's/family members birthday. 

It's a reliable tool that I highly recommend if you want to personalize your business or never forget a friend/family members birthday again.

Honestly, nothing! I've had a really positive experience.

The ability to add personal touchpoints to my business without having to go to the post office. Also, how I can easily have a team member/VA manage this task.

**What do you like best about Cardly?**

The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I can design and send great, handwritten-style cards in just a couple of minutes. No complicated steps, no learning curve – it just works.
A special shout-out to Patrick - I had a couple questions and he replied almost instantly, sorted everything out and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy. Fast, professional, and genuinely caring – that kind of support is rare these days.

Nothing to dislike – Cardly has been absolutely perfect for me!

Cardly lets me make every client feel special and remembered without spending hours hand-writing cards myself. Patrick was always there to help and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He took the time to walk me through the platform and explain everything clearly. The final product looks great, and our employees were really happy to have the chance to choose a gift card from a wide variety of companies.

I would say the platform takes a little time to get used to, but once you do, everything runs pretty smoothly.

We celebrate each year of service annually, usually with a gift. Our staff had been asking for more choices and the chance to pick something more useful. Cardly turned out to be the perfect option for that, and the price range was also within our budget, which was a great surprise for us.

**What do you like best about Cardly?**

Its really easy to use and the youtube tutorials are really helpful if you get stuck. Patrick was great in helping me set up a birthday card automations for our staff. He made the process a lot less scarier! We really like the designs provided and we are also looking forward to creating a card designing competition for our next event where we will need cards. Adding gift cards is really easy and the delivery is super fast which is great for last minute orders.

We recently designed our company Christmas cards which Patrick and team helped to set up correctly. Unfortunately DDP lost our cards and Patrick and the Team stayed up the night before to ensure our card we reprinted and sent to us on the same day!! This was the day before the annual Christmas work party and i could not be more impressed with how quickly they managed to organize getting cards sent to us. I can't recommend them enough!

Nothing so far, I've found Cardly has so much info and help if you need it. The team are amazing and ensure you receive what you ordered.

The automation of birthday cards has made it easier to not forget anyone's birthday and getting cards to everyone on time. It allows us to design our own cards for Christmas and Easter. The Customer service is amazing if you need help.

**What do you like best about Cardly?**

I think the best feature is the design flexibility, allowing me to do all kinds of different designs for card types. I love the many font options and adding doodles to the insides of the cards. The ability to include QR codes and add e-gift cards is also a nice touch. Cardly offers a lot of options for designs and card types, and I really appreciate how smoothly it lets me import things. I find it has some of the best rates I've seen among card services. Setting it up was really smooth, especially for someone like me who's in marketing and a bit tech-savvy. It's very simple to create a design in Canva, download it, upload it, and use it right away. QR codes are also very easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Cardly?**

There are a few font options that don't always look natural because of text size or maybe the way that it's printed. But it's a little bit of trial and error from that standpoint.

**What problems is Cardly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cardly for welcoming new members, congratulating on anniversaries, and sending event cards. It offers design options, smooth import, and great rates compared to other services. Cardly ensures card deliverability, unlike our previous service.

This is a high-quality product, from the cards themselves to the handwritten option, which comes in a variety of styles and formats. The customer service is excellent- they are always available to take a call, offer helpful insights to optimize your project, and conduct a thorough quality review to catch any potential issues. They truly make sure you receive the product you envision and I cannot thank everyone enough for their support.

**What do you dislike about Cardly?**

Disjoint between templates and actions- though it's possible I've missed this feature. It would be helpful if, after designing your artwork, you could immediately start a campaign or place an order once the design is saved. I was in there a few weeks ago, though, I may just have missed it. 

Honestly can't think of many complaints or difficulties. I would say, as a person who isn't a graphic designer at all, I wonder if some type of design-assist feature would be beneficial to business and other clients? I know I'm always kind of searching around for the best formats for things like proposals, presentations, and other things so I feel like a business sending cards for any number of reason may want some kind of SEO or graphics optimization thing!

Having tracking numbers would be helpful for the bulk orders- I wasn't able to find mine!

This tool saves me time by minimizing preparation and easing the burden of coordination, all while still letting us send personalized, high-quality cards for any occasion.

Cardly has a user-friendly website that is easy to navigate and personalize my company cards.  The Cardly customer service is easy to get ahold of.  In fact, I have received several messages from the Cardly customer service asking for feedback and suggestions for improvement.  I created a company holiday card campaign, and the Cardly customer service even contacted me with ways to make my holiday card campaign better!  I have used other "online paper cards" services, and Cardly is, by far, the best company I have used!

I wouldn't change a thing!  Cardly is wonderful!

I love that I can send out personalized and professional employee greeting cards promptly or at a scheduled date.

I especially appreciate that Cardly makes the cards look much more personalized and handwritten, adding a nice touch. It's also reliable. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than five minutes.

I do not love that you have to purchase credits in order to send cards. I would prefer a simpler pay per card billing system.

I find Cardly to be incredibly valuable for managing employee celebrations. It efficiently solves my problem of coordinating birthday and anniversary cards for remote team members by allowing me to add unique messages in different handwriting, which makes each message appear more personal. The setup process for Cardly was surprisingly easy, making it simple to fill out company information and purchase credits. Additionally, I appreciate the wide variety of corporate birthday cards available to choose from, which adds a special touch to each occasion. What truly stands out is Cardly's excellent customer service. Patrick, from Cardly, was particularly helpful, answering all my questions and helping me understand how to maximize my options. I think the user interface could have more contrasting colors so that options stick out more. It's mostly white and teal which I love, but it makes the toggles and such blend into the background.

Awesome job by Patrick and his Cardly company! I couldn’t be happier with the final result of my personalized client cards for my business. The cards looked absolutely exceptional, every detail was sharp, clean and beautifully executed. Additionally, the stamps and envelopes were professional, giving everything a polished and cohesive feel. Even the packaging the order arrived in was impressive, clearly a lot of thought and care went into the entire presentation.

The assistance I received from the owner was commendable, particularly when I faced challenges with setting up certain images and loading my PURL link; their willingness to guide me through these issues with walkthroughs and image adjustments was invaluable. API was great to work with.  The quality of the card was very nice (card stock and clarity of printing) and the printing and mailing was as promised.

Webhooks don't work with API (just their own automations).  Wish the API would allow specifying different card stocks.

I use Cardly for sending Christmas cards to doctors' offices and it helps me with mass mailing. I really like the designs and the fact that there are lots of options. The better pricing compared to what I was using before is a big plus, and I found the initial setup easy.

I found it a bit difficult to modify the card. It was just a bit confusing.

Cardly offers a fantastic variety of cards that can be tailored to suit different occasions and individual tastes, which makes it feel really personal. As a medium-sized organisation, we especially appreciate the ability to automate sending cards this has made it so much easier to consistently acknowledge key milestones and events without adding to our admin load. It's user-friendly, thoughtful, and efficient!
A special mention to CEO Patrick, who was incredibly helpful in getting us set up and making sure we had everything we needed to get started smoothly!

**What do you like best about Cardly?**

My company used Cardly to send birthday cards to our employees at home addresses. We include a gift card. While I cannot know if they all get delivered, I can see the gift cards are being used, so I am confident they are getting delivered. Customer service is invaluable. I needed help setting up our account and adding the gift card. They responded with a video to walk me through the steps, and it was so helpful to SEE how to do things and not just hear the directions. 

The card options are great, and I love how we can personalize the card. We have ours branded with our logo and use one of the available text fonts for the message inside. There is also the option to use someone's handwritten note and/or signature.

**What do you dislike about Cardly?**

It's not super intuitive, but once I was walked through it I had no issues.

Employee appreciation. We use Cardly to send our employees birthday cards with a gift card.

I appreciate Cardly's responsiveness and high attention to detail. It's nice to contact a customer service that gets back quickly and even does what I need for me. They provide super detailed videos as well. The initial setup was extremely easy. I've been happy with them for the last 4 years.

nothing - very happy with the product and service.  I guess I didnt like some credit expired I wasnt using because of canada post strike

Cardly automates our birthday cards for clients. We've always hand-signed them but having to coordinate 10 staff members to all sign the cards became a headache. Cardly allowed us to use our real signatures and automate mass sends to our clients, and our clients can't tell the difference! Adding a new contact or removing an old one takes 30 seconds at most. Cardly has saved the firm precious time, while allowing us to keep the human touch that our clients appreciate.

**What do you like best about Cardly?**

I like that there are options to send out cards in large quantities and at different times. This way, our team receives their personal note close to the date of their celebration. Not to mention the time is saves us in HR. There are over 300 employees to keep track of, and being able to send personal notes is a tradition we want to uphold. Cardly helps us achieve that.

**What do you dislike about Cardly?**

The beginning was challenging to navigate because the layout isn't like the rest. But I later found out that there was a reason for this. The guided tour of the site and its functions helped clarify this.

**What problems is Cardly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving! Each month, we would have to generate reports, gather tools, pass around cards and mail them all out at once. This was not ideal because we would want our team to receive their notes closer to the celebration date, however maintaining this was challenging. Cardly has solved this for us. We can CHOOSE when our team will be receiving their notes AND we can personalize it so that the message is exactly what we want it to be.

I like how easy is to create our direct mail marketing campaigns within Cardly. Deployment was pretty easy: we just load our list, our artwork and ta-dah! We need quite a lot of help from Support to setup the Zapier integration —basically we need to "hack" one existing feature to automate the email after QR code is scanned (brilliant feature!)

We're going to use Cardly for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) pilot. If it goes good, Cardly will be our go-to tool for direct mail marketing!

The area for improving would be extending internationally the gift card providers (currently only available in US, Canada, UK and Australia if I'm not wrong).

I have no complaints so far!  It would be nice if creating milestone anniversary templates (5 year, 10 year, etc.) were simpler than setting up individual lists for all of them.

The quality of the cards, envelopes, and printing really make our staff feel valued and appreciated. I was surprised to have a personalized demo and the customer service team was very patient with me as I set up customization on my first order. This has been the easiest low lift highest pay off thing we've ever done as a company to show appreciation to our staff and I'm very thankful to have found Cardly. The cards ship quickly and are priced very reasonably.

Nothing. Any new software is going to have a learning curve, but Patrick picked up the phone and personally walked me through my learning curve. Anyone in the comments who says it's difficult to use I think needs to be more patient with themselves and the software.

We automate 90% of the process through Cardly, but what's great is they are delivered unsealed to his house, so he can write a personalized message in each before mailing out. I am yet to find such a great example of a great product solution, combined with responsive personal service. I hope when they scale they don't lose this edge!

Cards in the post are so few and far between these days, they may impact when they arrive. Our clients tell us so. Coupled with the sustainabilty credentials, and the ability to personalise them right down to handwriting choice, they're beautiful in their simplicity.

On top of that Patrick has to be named as a shinig star within the team. He is responsive, has invested time in talkking to me and helping me and won over my confidence many times. Even creating loom videos to show me how certain features work.

**What do you dislike about Cardly?**

Some of the choices of card designs - seem childish and inappropriate. 

I appreciate the aim is to appeal to as wide a group of people as possible, and that they can be filtered, though I do feel I spend too long scrolling past hundreds of options to find the right design.

There is a certain amount of complexity to overcome at the start which involves time investment. Though once up and running is a 'set and forget' situation. Something we all need with so much going on in our lives.

The best part about Cardly is that they have same day or next day Turn around time for cards which is impressive plus all cards are thick recycled cards stock which is good.

I wish they had more affrodable tracking delivery options for USA region like USPS Ground Advantage, although they use USPS First class Mail which is also fast but its not trackable and Priority Mail is bit higher in price. Other than that everything is cool.

The platform is easy to use, there are demos at every step and offers many options to edit cards, messages, fonts.

I was also given a bespoke demo recording when I had a question on how to use a design feature, so Cardly go above and beyond to support their customers!

The option to bulk-import data made it easy to implement and we had no issues with cards delivery or campaigns.  Once the system is set up, it pretty much runs itself.

Being able to customize all aspects of the card is great, the look and feel are professional, and the ability to personalize using custom fields as needed, including automation with Zapier and other platforms, is fantastic. We use it quarterly to send out thank-you letters and notes.

Setting up different sender addresses/names is a little bit complicated, doable, but not as easy as it could be.

The idea is great - reviving old school letters through the power of hand writing. The bulk of the UI is very intuitive, easy to navigate. Patrick himself is an amazing support and really hands on when you need help. The videos on YouTube are a further source of support. Data validation and confirmation process is very good. And the doodles!! Loved adding one in to help personalise/humanise the look and feel even more.

The zoom and edit text functionality takes a bit to get used to. Zooming in makes the template disappear below the fold on your screen. The return address functionality is also a bit tricky, adding in the field name (i.e. BLDG) along with the actual Building Name. Otherwise, really good, you can see a lot of investment has gone into to making this as a first class experience.

This is an excellent platform for creating cards in mass to send to my employees. There is a great way to upload a personalized message for each recipient and have unique cards that are high quality and appear just like hand written notes.

Additionally, I had a little trouble getting started and their support was excellent. A support team member was in constant communication with me and even creating personalized help videos that were specific to my needs and my project.

Many things are great about this company. I would say the top 3 are customer service ( great at communication, help, and follow ups), the ability to customize your cards in so many ways ( from doodles, to type, and more), and the ease to add a gift card from many top sites or companies. I plan my cards per month and I have many clients, family and friends that love the cards and customizability. Great company!

The only thing I would recommend which could be a little confusing for first time users is having a different name for the two areas, one that says "manage account" and "my account". I would expect these to be the same, but it opens a different area where it took me awhile to figure out how to get to my calendar, addresses, and more. But once, you know where it is, the site is a breeze.

keeping in touch with my clients, family and friends. Remembering birthdays, anniversaries and more. I hate following up with people and am too busy; so to be able to come once a month and set these up, it has been a breeze with lots of positive feedback.
