I like the fact that they offered handwriting and that the handwriting looked real. In fact, one of the styles is very similar to how I actually write. The site is very easy to use, there are plenty of designs to choose from, and the pricing is also very fair. It's great being able to pay for only what I want to send, rather than having to buy a package or pay a monthly fee like S\*nd Out Cards. When I received the sample card, I was impressed by the quality of the paper, the writing, and the design/printing were much better than I was expecting.
