**What do you like best about Capsher Custom Software Development?**

Capsher is very easy to work with.  They asked a lot of questions to make sure they understood our business problem.  They also provided a reflection document for us to review to make sure we were all aligned with the objectives.  They were flexible whenever we needed to change the scope in the middle of the project.  They also acted more like a partner vs a contractor.  We appreciated that!

**What do you dislike about Capsher Custom Software Development?**

The only downside I can think of is they were not familiar with the software language our team was using.  This caused us to have to go a different route from an IT and support perspective.  Because of this, the project took a little longer to get started.

**What problems is Capsher Custom Software Development solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capsher is helping us solve our customer experience issue for our digital media portal software.  It is benefiting us because they were able to help us create a more user friendly interface allowing a more seamless and intuitive interaction between our customers and our digital asset platform.
