CanopyCode Reviews & Product Details

CanopyCode is an AutoCAD and Civil 3D plugin that automates per-tree processing for tree protection plans. Built for landscape architects, civil engineers, and arborists. Instead of spending hours on repetitive manual work for each tree - drafting CRZ circles, calculating impact percentages, building inventory rows - CanopyCode handles it all. Import your arborist's CSV survey data, set your Limit of Disturbance boundary, and click Analyze. CanopyCode automatically: - Calculates Critical Root Zones (CRZ) and Structural Root Plates (SRP) from DBH - Determines saved/removed status based on configurable thresholds - Computes precise impact percentages where CRZ intersects LOD - Organizes graphics into properly named layers by location and status - Generates publication-ready inventory tables that auto-paginate across sheets - Creates professional legends that match your plan graphics Minutes per tree manually. Minutes per project with CanopyCode. A 600-tree project? Analyzed in under a minute. Built by landscape architecture professionals who've spent decades in AutoCAD, CanopyCode integrates seamlessly into existing CAD workflows.
