**Describe the project or task Canopus EpaySuite helped with:**

I had tried to get EPAY access for 2 weeks.  Turned out I  did not do things correctly.  I did call the service number and the access was given in an instant.  They sent me the access information in such a short time.  There were no invasive questions it was just instant and they were very professional on the phone.

**What do you like best about Canopus EpaySuite?**

Did not wait long on the phone.  Very professional and polite.  Sometime you get push back from these call centers but it didn't happen.  My email with credentials was instantaneous.

**What do you dislike about Canopus EpaySuite?**

There was nothing to not like.  'Did not have a long wait and it was taken care of immediately.

**What problems is Canopus EpaySuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting access to payroll system with my very large company Compass.  It's amazing every week when thousands of employees across the country rely on the data.

**What do you like best about Canopus EpaySuite?**

This product is designed specifically for companies related to finance. Comprehensive reporting tools and an internal accounting module is a very convenient thing for financial reports. Also big advantages are multicurrency books and revaluation, clear logic, value for money and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Canopus EpaySuite?**

We really need templates for certain industries.

**What problems is Canopus EpaySuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps automate payment processes and speeds up the creation of payment reports.
