The best feature that we like about Uniflow is the ability to set up the single connectors which allows our users to be able to just go to whatever copier they want to print to and allow them to release their print job. I dislike how it depends on the email address for connection for our setup. Uniflow allows us to track costs of prints per client accurately and effectively. Additionally, our employees appreciate the secure print feature when dealing with sensitive information. The initial configuration wasn't the more user-friendly towards the beginning. Uniflow allows us to: Accurate tracking and analytics of print costs and overall printing metrics, while ensuring that sensitive information is printed securely per user. How well uniFLOW allows multiple Canon machines and seamlessly brings them together so that our staff can go to whichever machine is closest, enter their credentials or swipe their badge, and their job is released. UniFLOW works well, I haven’t had any issues with it. Can integrate automatic Cost Centers with a database (I have a custom Client Matter database in SQL. I created a View and set up a scheduled update of uniFLOW). Easy. They have two interface options: Legacy and Modern. The Modern interface looks nice and is what you'd expect from a product developed in 2017. Except, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about uniFLOW? Cost Center Selection Popup is from 2004. The one from 2014 is severely lacking in functionality. Cost Center Selection Popup can't be bypassed, or have auto-select for x minutes. Cost Center Selection Popup search functionality on the modern interface is terrible. Sometimes the MOM Client disconnects from the server and has to be restarted, which is difficult for end users to do and requires IT intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
