A lot of project‑management tools pile on tons of modules we will never use for farm auditing, but Canflow stays focused on boards, task cards and basic planning functions. I can freely shape each board to mirror our real‑life audit workflow, instead of forcing our team to adjust our compliance processes to rigid pre‑set software structures. When handling our supplier audit for Milchhof Becker, I built a full custom board covering every real‑world step: requesting farm documentation, scheduling on‑site inspections, logging hygiene non‑conformities, monitoring corrective‑action progress, and finally closing out the audit once all requirements are satisfied. Every phase lives as movable task cards, so status changes are instantly visible. I also get solid practical value from the AI‑assisted task sorting. When we stack up audits for many milk producers, it automatically highlights overdue tasks and flags high‑risk suppliers with unresolved violations. This saves me hours of tedious manual filtering I used to do in Excel before. The roadmap view is another nice bonus; I can lay out our whole quarter’s audit schedule in one single view, helping me balance my workload and give early warnings to our production team about risky incoming raw‑milk sources. On top of that, cross‑team sharing is refreshingly simple. I can grant view‑only access to QA technicians and production supervisors in just a few clicks. There is no complicated setup or lengthy training required for new users. That removes the need for me to constantly forward spreadsheets or write long status‑update emails. That being said, Canflow remains purely an operational task tracker. We never upload official audit certificates or sensitive farm‑supplier data inside it, for German food‑safety and GDPR reasons. Regulated documents always stay inside LogicalDOC. Even with those limits, its flexibility, smart prioritization and effortless team sharing make our day‑to‑day supplier‑audit coordination much smoother. **What do you dislike about Canflow?** To start, there are zero out‑of‑the‑box templates tailored for food‑supply‑chain or dairy‑farm auditing. Every audit checklist, non‑conformity item and corrective‑action tracking entry must be created manually from scratch. During our Milchhof Becker audit, I had to type each food‑safety inspection point one by one onto separate task cards. Every time we add a new raw‑milk supplier, I repeat this whole manual setup process. During our busy audit seasons, this repetitive work eats up time I should spend doing on‑site farm visits and real supplier follow‑up. Re‑usable, savable audit templates would drastically lower this administrative burden and reduce typos or missing‑checklist‑item risks.
