We used Perforce Helix before as a temporary solution, and at the start, we were offered Integration services and 24/7 Customer support, but with Gemini, we have not been as lucky. The visual interface on Gemini is not as good of a version as Perforce Helix was, but our contract ended, and prices went up, so we find Gemini to be an affordable solution for what we need now.
