We were able to start up with no upfront costs to start up. We have not upgraded to the Gemini Enterprise level account, but we are delighted to use their express version. We have four total users at a rate of $40 a month, which is exceptional! We're able to manage the campaigns we run on Yahoo. . **What do you dislike about Campaign 365?** We used Perforce Helix before as a temporary solution, and at the start, we were offered Integration services and 24/7 Customer support, but with Gemini, we have not been as lucky. The visual interface on Gemini is not as good of a version as Perforce Helix was, but our contract ended, and prices went up, so we find Gemini to be an affordable solution for what we need now. **What problems is Campaign 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We prefer how you can better create custom fields in Gemini for our Yahoo Keywords and Ad searches.
