Calybee Reviews & Product Details

Calybee is a website, booking and payments platform for businesses that sell their time: coaches, consultants, tutors, therapists, salons, barbers, fitness and yoga studios, and anyone booked by the hour. Its built-in AI, the Bee, sets up the whole thing in minutes from a sentence, an old website or a price list, and clients book and pay on the owner's own site, day or night. Calybee puts the tools a service business usually pays for separately into one account with one look: a website builder, online booking, payments, reminder emails, a review wall, forms and intake questions, a client list, gift cards, packs and memberships, and a WhatsApp contact button. Clients pick a free time and pay into the owner's own Stripe or PayPal, and Calybee takes 0% of bookings. Busy times stay blocked from Google Calendar, reminders go out by themselves, and clients move or cancel from the email by the owner's rules. Reviews come in from Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and more than 25 other places by pasting a link. Owners who already have a website keep it and add Calybee's booking calendar, reviews and other widgets in that site's own colours, on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any builder. The Bee keeps working after setup: ask it in plain words to change a page, add a service or turn on a reminder, and every change is one click to undo. It never invents reviews, prices or policies. Calybee has a free plan, runs in 12 languages and is built for GDPR, with no tracking cookies.
