**What do you like best about Calmerry?**

Calmerry makes it easy for us to support our team's mental well-being without having to go through a lot of hoops. Onboarding was seamless, and our own customer success manager helped tailor the solution to fit us. Employee feedback has been extremely positive, especially around diversity of therapists and ease of scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Calmerry?**

There is very little to dislike. Some of the employees who utilized the mobile app experienced some bugs occasionally, but the Calmerry support staff fixes any issues instantly.

**Recommendations to others considering Calmerry:**

Consider their pay-as-you-go model which allows you to pay only for used services with minimum upfront fee. It's great for small businesses or teams.

**What problems is Calmerry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company needed an efficient way to deliver mental health services to our distributed workforce. Calmerry helps us provide care to our scattered workforce, mitigating isolation and anxiety. Retention improved and engagement increased, and our HR team feels more confident that workers are being cared for.

**What do you like best about Calmerry?**

My company tried the Calmerry solution as part of our employee benefits package. The admin platform is user-friendly, with clear dashboards that make management easy. Our employees shared anonymously that therapists are nice and supportive, and the customer service team is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Calmerry?**

There isn't much to dislike. But we found that scheduling features a bit complicated.

**What problems is Calmerry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calmerry is helping us address employee burnout and productivity issues. Since we started using it, productivity has increased, and we've seen fewer complaints about burnout. This has greatly benefited our company by creating a healthier, more efficient work environment.
