**What do you like best about CallSwitchOne?**

It is mainly UK based company and it provides Hard Phone as well as softphone services for VoIP calling. It provides UK DID, Russian DID as well to run the business smoothly. Our Account manager is also very good and full support staff is very greatly active.It has Soft phone Application which is very light and reliable and can be manage, placing of calls any where easily. The other name i like it's is Best4Business, which is really best for Business to run.

**What do you dislike about CallSwitchOne?**

Sometimes its Host(optional) loads more to get register.

**What problems is CallSwitchOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily from anywhere we are able to connect to our clients, we can place calls easily with providing country code if we are calling in different countries and with Internal teams as well within 2-3 seconds. Its 4 digit extension number is getting connect in one click to place call Internally which is approx 1 second or less. We have installed it's App in our phones and we all are using this in multiple location.

CallSwitch is providing the good networking with good features for voice calls, videos calls etc.

**What do you dislike about CallSwitchOne?**

Pricing of CallSwitch is more compared to other vendors in market.

**What problems is CallSwitchOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can set up an automated attendant to field calls and information when employees are unavailable.
Can add tools as add ons and use them

**What do you like best about CallSwitchOne?**

I like the fact that you can use it by utilizing VoIP technology, CallSwitch reduces traditional phone costs, making it more affordable for businesses to communicate.

**What do you dislike about CallSwitchOne?**

I did not only like that you have to experience some technicality faults when you are using the platform sometime.

**What problems is CallSwitchOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates various communication methods (voice, video, messaging) into one platform, streamlining collaboration among team members.

i like how it keeps our office team organized to have our meetings on time and it helps throughout the workday with everything you can think of.

**What do you dislike about CallSwitchOne?**

sometimes when in teams it acts up and some features don't work as good as they do in the actual app

it's helped with keeping track of customers orders and jobs to be scheduled.

**What do you like best about CallSwitchOne?**

The UI is very easy to navigate and everything has a home, its something you feel familiar with without even trying. When you need to find something you dont have to think about it, its set out in a nice, easy to use way. The call quality is great and it's quite polished in terms of what you'd get from other offerings who usually have thousands of options with no context. From an MSP point of view, its very easy to administer aswell

**What do you dislike about CallSwitchOne?**

Reliability of both the Apps and the back-end networking. Sadly that has been the downfall, I can understand 1 outage a year maybe, while quite inconvenient its easy to explain to customers but sadly CallSwitch has multiple outages every month, its the reason I've seen many look elsewhere.

**What problems is CallSwitchOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, its the uptime that is causing issues both for tenant customers and internally as we also use the product ourselves. When its affecting us, its affecting customers and then everyone is dissapointed, its different if it happens very rarely but now its almost expected to go down at some point in the near future. To their credit, the support team do resolve these issues as quick as they can,
