Callbridge has been very useful in our day to day activities thanks to its features and capabilities
With this software, making conference calls is easy, and the quality is outstanding
In addition, Callbridge is affordable, unlike the competitors, yet it is equally capable
I also love the easy controls.

No difficulties whatsoever using Callbridge. It always surprises me with its capabilities.

For an affordable conferencing solution, I recommend Callbridge. It will save your business money while delivering the best conferencing capabilities.

**What problems is Callbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that Callbridge solves is the need to meet physically. Thanks to its features, we can make conference calls and solve business issues remotely, and this saves cost, not to mention the need to social distance during the COvid 19 times.

When it comes to video conferencing and making audio calls, Callbridge offers the best features and has been working well. We have used it successfully, and it has saved us money.

The software is perfect for communication for the business uses. One can easily communicate with the customers. The features of the software is perfectly designed for the customers who can get easily connected with the dealer

Pricing may be low for the software.  Overall the software is just awesome.

The software imcludes audio,  video conference for the customers at a time. One can easily connected for the communication deal. I am fully satisfied with the software for its perfect performance.

**What do you like best about Callbridge?**

Callbridge makes it simple to come with individuals around the globe and the complementary and nearby numbers make this stage available to anybody, which is critical to the ethos of our organization. Callbridge has all the gathering highlights and usefulness that one would expect, while extra instruments, like its AI, assists with keeping us sorted out and beneficial. I likewise value the marking and customization choices, which allow us to tweak the gathering rooms with our corporate logo and shadings.

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

So far the merchandise is functioning admirably. We've got just had some issues ensuring everybody is outstanding on the most effective thanks to using the item yet whenever everybody is ready up it's functioned admirably. A portion of our clients actually want to usher in utilizing their telephones, and also the telephone numbers appear on the dashboard.

**What problems is Callbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can dispense with the specified for somebody to require notes during our gatherings. As Callbridge perceives who is talking and might gather the knowledge. We use Callbridge to talk with customers and possibilities on a quarterly premise. Within the broadest sense, it permits us to stay in reality and before. **What do you like best about Callbridge?**

Very easy to use, the audio and video quality is exceptional, the performance throughout the duration of the call is quite good, the fact that it can be used both on the computer and on the phone turns out to be a great advantage in Any situation, since it may be that we have a meeting and at the moment I do not have the computer at hand I can connect from the phone without problems, also the fact that it supports a large number of connected people is a great plus.

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

I do not consider that it has any or at least if it has I have not discovered it yet

**What problems is Callbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of all to maintain communication with my co-workers in a much more fluid way where I can maintain a more direct communication and with a very good audio and video quality, so communication with us is quite direct as is as if we were in person, I highly recommend them.

**What do you like best about Callbridge?**

Callbridge makes it easy to connect with people around the world. The toll-free and local numbers make this platform accessible to anyone, which is important to the ethos of our company. 

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

I have not had to input my moderator pin to open a call; other members can join the call before me. I would rather have everyone on hold/listening to music until I open the call. Sometimes there is a 1- or 2-second lag between me speaking and other members hearing me. 

**Recommendations to others considering Callbridge:**

Callbridge offers great products that enable you to connect with people outside of your local region and enhances the user experience of people with whom you want chat by providing local, toll-free numbers. The option to join a call via website is there, but for many of us, dialling in by phone is much easier and preferred. 

**What problems is Callbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The local numbers is a huge benefit to Callbridge, so speakers who aren't based in Toronto don't have to use their computer to join the call toll-free.

The product works very well. It works better than other than all other solutions that we have tried for the past 10 years.

**What do you like best about Callbridge?**

Excellent audio/video quality; quick and intuitive to setup and use. Callbridge has all the meeting features and functionality that one woudl expect, while additional tools, like its AI, helps to keep us organized and productive. 

I also appreciate the branding and  customization options, which allow us to customize the meeting rooms with our corporate logo and colours.

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

I'm nearing the end of my trial, and haven't yet encountered any issues or anything to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Callbridge:**

I'd recommend taking the time to brand and customize the platform and to become familiar with some of its more advanced features - it's definitely worthwhile.

**What problems is Callbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Callbridge for my business'' video and audio conference calling solution. It's providing a cost-effective and easy-to-use web-based solution, and features such as its AI, SMS/email reminders, and screen sharing is helping to keep everyone organized, on-time and productive during our calls.

**What do you like best about Callbridge?**

Callbridge has been extremely easy to work with.  The best part about it for us is that it is customizable to our brand.  Most conference call lines are very generic, but with Callbridge, we have a personalized greeting for our company (e.g. Welcome to *insert company name here*

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

Not much honestly. We had one technical glitch during a transition but Callbridge was on it and gave us a new conference line to use.

We use the conference call system often as there are many people we work with externally.  We've also used it to live stream events as well as for webinars.

**What do you like best about Callbridge?**

It’s great that you are able to access meetings from any device anywhere. I am able to make meetings no matter where I am. The auto tag feature helps to recognize common topics and makes it easy to find meeting notes. 

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

So far the product is working really well. We have only had some issues making sure everyone is up to date on how to use the product but once everyone is set up it has worked well.

We are able to eliminate the needed for someone to take notes during our meetings. As callbridge recognizes who is speaking and is able to collate the  data.

Callbridge is easy to set up and use. Its convenient for our quarterly calls and is a reliable medium to continue to use.

I would like the ability to do both a web version along with the existing call version.

We use Callbridge to communicate with clients and prospects on a quarterly basis. In the broadest sense, it allows us to stay in touch and in front.

Overall the system is So easy to use, I am starting my small business and I hope to use this with clients in the future.

Overall it was super easy to use and I think my clients should pick it up in no time!

Getting all parties on the same call at the same time. Again I’m a small business owner, so im always looking for cost savings.

**What do you like best about Callbridge?**

Callbridge is convenient and easy to use.  I like the quick view of all calls booked, and that it sends both personalised calendar invitations and meeting reminders to participants.

I have not figured out how to remove a contact from the list.

We are setting up meetings that have a professional and personalised polish which is how we want our organisation to be reflected.

**What do you like best about Callbridge?**

I greatly appreciate the flexibility Callbridge offers, yet keeps the user interface simple and clean. I especially like the call summaries available in both audio and written record formats.

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

`Some of our users still prefer to call in using their phones, and the phone numbers show up on the dashboard, but it would be much more helpful if, in addiition to the phone number, I could readily identify by name who each caller was.

My Board of Directors meets regularly, but is scattered across the country. Callbridge easily brings us together in a reliable, private workspace.

The platform is much cheaper than our previous provider, while providing a sufficient number of minutes for our purposes.

Had some initial issues with the access pins/muting and unmuting

I like the video calling aspect and the ability to call in an online meeting (where you can do chat).

It is a bit confusing to learn at the beginning.

The transcribe feature is most advantageous and being able to search the transcriptions after the fact is a major plus

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

The bot could functionality could be improved but perhaps that's something that will come with additional usage

Definitely give it a shot, you can convert pretty seamlessly

Being able to search transcripts is a huge benefit, makes for easy references to notes vs scrambling through a notebook.

**What do you like best about Callbridge?**

I like that there's an easy way to identify if your audio is working.  Sometimes with other web conferencing platforms, I'm talking for 60 seconds, and I don't realize that people can't hear me.  With this there's really good functionality to test.  

**What do you dislike about Callbridge?**

It's not so much of a dislike, but I'm just used to other platforms having used them longer.

Try it out across departments since everyone's needs are different.

It's really good for sales, to be able to learn from calls and have effective pitches.
