Its flexibility allows integrating entire Design Thinking, Lean Startup, go-to-market processes, collaborative development, launch pads, and much more. That makes it possible to have the entire product management process from user insights to launch and scaling in one place. Besides all that the customer service is very responsive and proposals for improvements are in many cases very soon implemented. **What do you dislike about Calido?** Now, while writing this, a dedicated user rights management is missing. **Recommendations to others considering Calido:** Calido (eProduct) is extremely flexible and allows for many use cases. It is worth exploring the templates and creating your own adaptions. **What problems is Calido solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are developing in a user-centric mode. Before we implemented eProduct, there was a communicative threshold between our UX team and our developers. Now we have all information in one place and it can be shared across the team, also with external contributors. Besides this, eProduct makes our processes far more structured and better documented ### 2. Colido offers what Clickup lacks. Simply manage projects quickly and clearly - clear - no unnecessary functions. **What do you dislike about Calido?** More connections to other tools are needed. Github, etc. a Mobile App is urgently needed - or a Responsive Mobile WebApp View. **What problems is Calido solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simple Project and Product Management ### 3. I don't have to context switch and use different tools for managing various aspects of my products. The hierarchical display allows me easily see the strategies and OKRs and drill down into individual features to see how it all rolls up to the product strategy that helps with the prioritization and overall roadmap. Also, the customization aspects are very handy that allows me to easily add a wide range of metadata on the indivdual entities (Initiative, EPIC, Task, etc.) for more insight. **What do you dislike about Calido?** Lack of Salesforce and Zendesk integrations. **What problems is Calido solving and how is that benefiting you?** In order to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to market success, you typically have to use numerous tools and systems, which makes it very challenging to gauge the progress and success of your product. eProduct allows me to use a single system to manage the entire product lifecycle and provides the right level of visibility to ensure we are constantly investing and building the right features for our customers. ### 4. I can link customers to feature requests and display the customers on the Roadmap. I can customize the priority weighted score formula to meet my organization's strategy. The eProduct team is easy to work with and dedicated to providing the best Product Management Tool available. **What do you dislike about Calido?** Nothing that I have found in the product to dislike. **What problems is Calido solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to have data in many different tools, spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, and word documents. With the data in various tools created a disparate view into the reasons for our product decisions. The eProduct tool brings all the data together and allows me to create a view into why our product decisions are being made. ### 5.
