Calendo Beauty Reviews & Product Details

Calendo Beauty is booking and scheduling software for hair salons, beauty salons and spas. Clients book themselves, and the team sees the day. Booking without an account. Clients open the salon's booking link and choose the service, the person they want and a time, without creating an account or remembering a password. The duration of each service fills in automatically, so the calendar stays accurate. The team's day. Staff see today's bookings and who is free at a glance, and the weekly calendar shows the whole team. Client cards. Every client has a card with the history of past visits and services, so the next appointment starts from what was done last time. Closing the visit. When a service ends, the amount is recorded on the visit, so the day closes with what was actually charged. Reminders. Clients receive SMS reminders before their appointment, included in the subscription. Platforms. Calendo Beauty runs in the browser with nothing to install and has native apps for iPhone (App Store) and Android, so the salon's day is on every phone. Pricing is one flat subscription per salon with no per-stylist charge: €40 per month including VAT, or €480 per year (pay 12 months, get 14). There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card, setup is free, and existing client lists can be moved over from Excel or CSV.
