"Calendly Makes Scheduling Effortless With Smart Sync, Time Zones, and Buffers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I mostly use Calendly for interviews, quick client calls, and follow-ups, and honestly it makes scheduling a lot less annoying. Before this, I used to coordinate times manually over email or Slack, and it ended up wasting more time than I expected especially when different time zones were involved.

The booking links are probably the most useful feature for me, because people can just pick an available slot directly without all the back-and-forth. I also like the reminders and buffer settings, since they help prevent overlapping meetings and reduce last-minute confusion. Overall, it feels simple to use and, after a while, it quietly becomes part of my daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

One thing I’ve noticed is that calendar syncing can sometimes take a bit of time to update availability correctly. It doesn’t happen all the time, but during busier schedules I’ve run into a few cases where the timing didn’t reflect properly and I had to manually adjust it afterward.

Some of the routing and availability settings also felt a little confusing at first, especially when I was managing multiple meeting types at the same time. Basic scheduling is straightforward, but the more advanced setup definitely takes some trial and error to get right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calendly Makes Scheduling Simple, Organized, and Efficient"
4/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

What I like most about Calendly is how simple and organized it makes scheduling meetings. It cuts down on the usual back-and-forth emails by allowing people to pick from my available time slots directly. The interface feels clean and straightforward, and it integrates smoothly with tools like Google Calendar and Zoom, which makes managing and coordinating meetings much more efficient overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

One thing I don’t like is that some genuinely useful features are locked behind the higher-priced plans, which can be frustrating for smaller teams or individual users. At times, the customization options for meeting workflows also feel a bit limited, especially when you’re looking for the kind of flexibility you might get from more advanced scheduling tools. It still works very well overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calendly Makes Scheduling Simple with Shareable Booking Links"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

Calendly has been helpful for scheduling meetings without going back and forth over timing. I started using it a few months ago, and the feature I use the most is sharing booking links because it makes it easy for others to choose an available time directly. It saves time, keeps meetings organized, and reduces confusion in scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

One thing I did not like much about Calendly is that some useful features are limited during the trial or free plan, which can make it difficult for new users to properly explore the platform before deciding to upgrade. For someone using it for the first time, a slightly more flexible trial experience would help in understanding its full potential more comfortably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduling with Seamless Calendar Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I use Calendly to schedule meetings with potential prospects, which has helped me generate valid inbound leads and reduce the time to qualify drastically. I love how it automates meeting schedules with interactive quick qualified questions, allowing me to eliminate prospects without an immediate need. Calendly is user-friendly and easy to get used to. What I most loved was being able to create an interactive calendar link that integrates with any calendar (GMeet, Teams, or Apple). Both parties can see their available time slots and book a specific time slot based on availability. It overcomes constraints from different time zone differences and helps streamline the process irrespective of global presence. The initial setup of Calendly was very easy, taking less than two hours. We picked Calendly for its immediate functionality and professional look for our clients. The pricing of this product is much better than other alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Some workflows might not work as expected if we don't sync the secondary calendar. Calendly might show us as available when actually we are not. Sometimes there will be performance issues while accessing the portal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calendly Makes Scheduling Effortless with Seamless Calendar Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

"What I like best about Calendly is its exceptional ability to simplify the scheduling process by completely eliminating the tedious back-and-forth email chains that used to consume so much of my time. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing me to set my availability preferences once and then simply share my link. It integrates seamlessly with my existing calendar tools, ensuring that all appointments are automatically synced without any manual effort. This has significantly boosted my productivity, as I no longer have to worry about double-bookings or managing time zone differences. It is an indispensable tool for anyone who wants to professionalize their scheduling workflow and focus on high-impact work instead of administrative tasks." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

"What I dislike about Calendly is the limitation of customization options in the free and lower-tier plans, which can feel quite restrictive when trying to align the booking page with our specific brand identity. Additionally, while the core features work perfectly, some of the more advanced automation and reporting capabilities are locked behind higher pricing tiers, making it somewhat expensive for smaller startups or individual users. It would be highly beneficial if they offered more flexibility in their pricing structure or allowed for more advanced features at a mid-range price point to better support growing teams." "A Game Changer for Streamlining Scheduling of Meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I like how people can book a meeting with us directly based on our availability. We also get automated emails that confirm and remind them about the meeting. As a result our team does not have to make many follow-up calls. We can set up types of meetings with specific lengths and break times. This feature also lets us manage a lot of meetings, across team members easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

It feels restrictive that features like routing forms and team scheduling are locked behind higher tier plans. Integration options with CRM tools like Salesforce are limited unless you are on the most expensive plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calendly Streamlined Our Scheduling with Seamless Calendar Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

We have been using Calendly at our office to streamline patient and client scheduling, and it has made a noticeable improvement in our day-to-day workflow. It eliminates the back-and-forth of finding appointment times and allows patients to self-schedule based on real availability, which saves our team a significant amount of administrative time.

The integration with our calendar system works seamlessly, and automatic reminders help reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations. We also appreciate how easy it is to customize appointment types and availability based on provider schedules.

Overall, Calendly has helped us stay more organized, improve patient communication, and keep our schedule running more efficiently. It’s simple to use, reliable, and has become an essential part of our front office workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

1. Customer support can be slow or limited

A frequent complaint is that support isn’t very responsive, especially for billing or technical issues. Users often rely on help articles instead of live help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable, Minimalist Scheduling with Seamless Calendar Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I find the customizability of Calendly is quite detailed and I really can't think of any features it's lacking in terms of its integration with all my various different calendars. I also really like the design. I think it's important that the user interface is thoughtfully constructed and that my clients and prospective clients have a seamless experience when trying to book a meeting. Calendly does this well with the fewest number of clicks possible. The design is minimalistic but also comprehensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Overall I have almost no issues with Calendly. The only slight thing that I wish I could have Calendly do is book buffer events around the start and end of an event that are just private and only I can see. They're not inviting the person but frankly it probably can do that and I just haven't found that feature or spent enough time looking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flawless Multi-Calendar Sync and Routing Forms for High-Value Meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

The seamless user experience and universal adoption are its biggest strengths. The real time sync across multiple calendars (Google, Outlook, iCloud) is flawless, virtually eliminating double-bookings. The Routing Forms are also excellent, allowing you to qualify leads before they ever touch your calendar, ensuring you only spend time on high value conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Nothing much, but if I have to put something out; the branding and customization options are quite limited on lower-tier plans. Also, while the UI is clean for the booker, the admin backend can feel a bit rigid when trying to set up complex team based "Round Robin" rules or multi-step automated workflows compared to newer, more flexible competitors. "Super Easy to Use, Intuitive Scheduling with Solid Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

Calendly is super easy to use. The interface feels very intuitive, and it’s always easy to find what I’m looking for. The integrations work great, performance has been solid, and the pricing seems okay for what it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

I feel like the free version would be better if it included at least one email reminder, or at least one way to set a reminder. Right now I have to upgrade and pay, and that’s the only feature I actually need from the upgraded version. I don’t use any of the other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
