Caddygo Pricing Overview

Caddygo runs on a usage-based subscription model, tiered by sourcing volume rather than seats or licenses. Every plan - Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise - includes unlimited users (procurement, demand owners, externals etc.), all four AI agents, and the full sourcing workflow from RFx drafting to negotiation prep. Pricing starts at €295/month for up to 20 sourcing events a year, scaling up as volume grows, with events beyond a plan's cap billed individually. Unused events roll over for 12 months, and there's no long-term lock-in. Every plan starts with 3 free sourcing events, ready to test instantly with no setup friction or sales call required.
