I use Cacao to manage multiple Google My Business profiles and to generate more positive reviews on Google. It's very easy to use, which I really like. The integration with Google My Business profiles works especially well. Cacao helps centralize all information from different profiles, like average scores, the amount of reviews, positive and negative feedback. The AI response feature that answers reviews and helps collect positive reviews across all profiles is a real plus. Setting it up was very easy too.
