Since we started using Byteplant a couple of months ago, we haven't encountered many issues. However, there was one minor incident related to a temporary issue with Byplant's API response. What I like about this program is that I can validate any address or confirm personal information for my sales team when they submit their leads. We can ensure that the address that the customer provided are actual address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loved how accurate/ current the address search was. I've used this in Marketing to help improve my customer and marketing database records on the backend. Using the address validator we are sure that our customers use the right address. That means, in case one of the customers would have used the wrong address, we don't need to contact them and ask for an edit!
