BYOUR Reviews & Product Details

BYOUR is an applicant tracking system that streamlines hiring through AI-driven candidate matching. The platform features Minerva, an AI assistant that scores applications based on job requirements set by hiring teams rather than resume keywords. This approach identifies qualified candidates even when experience is described differently than job postings. BYOUR Stack provides a hosted careers page, applicant tracking, and candidate scoring. The system includes a shareable link for publishing roles and collecting applications. BYOUR Hire is an optional service where the team manages searches for hard-to-fill roles within the dashboard. Job seekers can create free profiles to match with open roles based on skills and experience. The platform eliminates the need for separate careers websites, focusing on job requirements to improve candidate alignment.
