BxScribe Reviews & Product Details

BxScribe is an AI-powered clinical documentation platform built specifically for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) professionals. It helps RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs turn session observations into compliant, payor-ready progress notes in a fraction of the time — so clinicians spend less time on paperwork and more time with clients. What BxScribe does - AI session notes — Generate structured, defensible ABA progress notes from brief inputs. Built-in revision tools let clinicians refine tone, detail, and clinical language without starting over. - Client management — Organize notes by client with role-appropriate access, so individual practitioners and multi-clinician agencies can keep documentation consistent and audit-ready. - Fieldwork & supervision tracking — Trainee-side fieldwork tracking (hours, supervision periods, monthly verification forms) is included free on every clinical tier. Supervisors get an inbox, e-signature sign-off, and a multi-trainee dashboard to manage BCaBA/BCBA candidates through certification. - Study tools — Time-boxed study plans help RBT and BCBA candidates prepare for certification exams. - Agency-ready — Per-seat agency plans bring AI documentation, shared client records, and supervision management to clinics and provider groups. - Exports & compliance — One-click PDF export, email verification, encryption, and access controls come standard on every plan — security is never paywalled. Who it's for ABA practitioners and agencies: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and the clinics that employ them. Why teams choose BxScribe Purpose-built for ABA — not a generic medical scribe. BxScribe understands ABA terminology, note structure, and the two-sided trainee/supervisor fieldwork workflow that the certification path requires. Flexible role-based pricing scales from a free solo tier to unlimited Pro plans and per-seat agency tiers.
