Bwloto's Lottery as a Service (LaaS) is a full-stack digital lottery platform built for operators who need to move faster and spend less than enterprise alternatives allow. The platform covers draw management, player account management (PAM), KYC/AML, payment integrations, CRM, retail support, regulatory reporting, and a mobile-first responsive website template. Operators can deploy the full stack or pick individual modules: Lotto as a Service for number games, Raffle as a Service for raffle operations, or eInstant games from Bwloto's in-house studio (28 certified HTML5 titles across crash, tumbler, perceived skill, and sport categories). New environments typically go live in a fraction of the time required by enterprise lottery vendors. Pricing follows a SaaS model (monthly fees plus revenue share) rather than the multi-million euro upfront implementations common with legacy providers. The platform runs on AWS (with GCP and Azure options), supports multi-currency and multi-language configurations, and integrates with operators' choice of payment and compliance providers.

**What do you like best about Bwloto Lottery as a Service?**

Bwloto showed real dedication in meeting our integration objectives and provided support all the way through to launch. Their selection of game content was strong, and the performance of the titles met our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Bwloto Lottery as a Service?**

There was very little to dislike about the services offered. That said, there may be some room for improvement in how the finer points of the requirements we provided were handled, as it was often unclear whether certain specific details were being treated as optional requests or as absolute necessities. I understand that this level of scrutiny can be a good thing when working with vendors who tend to ask for more than needed, but in our case it caused some frustration for our QA team.

**What problems is Bwloto Lottery as a Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their engaging content stands out in a marketplace full of titles trying to copy popular iGaming games. Bwloto, however, seems to think differently, drawing on experience in the iLottery industry since 1996, when it all started in Europe. With the lines between iGaming and iLottery increasingly blurred, I appreciate that they are directly addressing this challenge, and I believe Bwloto’s innovations team can tackle it effectively.

**What do you like best about Bwloto Lottery as a Service?**

What I like most about Bwloto Lottery as a Service is the quality of the lottery games and the overall reliability of the platform. The games offer a modern and intuitive user experience, and the integration process was completed successfully with good cooperation from the Bwloto team.

**What do you dislike about Bwloto Lottery as a Service?**

Following the integration, we experienced a few minor technical issues. However, these were addressed quickly by the Bwloto team, and the resolutions were delivered in a timely manner.

**What problems is Bwloto Lottery as a Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bwloto helps us expand our portfolio with a wider range of games, allowing us to offer more variety and choice to our customers.
