## Businessmap Reviews
  ### 1. Good kanban tool for coordination that makes people lost in detail

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Easy to start, easy to create card, Quite straightfoward for doing any change

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Company end up with many board, swimlane and stuff everywhere. Does not work well for a prioritization system. I prefered Jira for planning. A lot of the update are very focus on OKR and additional field that doesn' t seem useful.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordination of work within teams and with some external client

  ### 2. No longer just a task management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan V. | Agile Solutions Analyst Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Possibilities to focus on your processes bottlenecks, automation functionalities and super consumer-centric support from Businessmap

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

The way to start may have some hurdles, some things should be simplified

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am mostly administering it but also use for my personal work tasks

  ### 3. Kanbanize-ing is great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marieta B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Easy to integrate and to use platform, easy to organize tasks, write up comments on them, follow progres, come back to something older and view what's happened. Simple and intuitive tool to use, best of all I have ever used. Good and quick customer support too. I use the tool every day and wouldn't trade it for another, if possible.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Has so many options, haven't found anything I am missing yet.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my tasks, follow their progress and status.

  ### 4. A simple kanban board that is good for focused development

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Kanbanbize helps you stay focused on what is most important to deliver as a product development team. It is not designed to build out extensive backlogs but rather what the team should work on now and next.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

The UI and UX could use some improvements. It has a slightly steep learning curve if you are coming from other Kanban tools. Trying to visually see what cards are connected to milestones and releases is difficult.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kanbanize is for product and engineering teams to prioritize their work and break larger initiatives into small releasable sections. It is designed to provide a simpler solution over Jira and Clickup

  ### 5. Kanbanize integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Truong P. | Manager, Special Projects, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Fairly easy to set up, simple design, open API allows for easy integration with other apps

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

not much lately, except for when a patch update happens sometimes it can break existing automations

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

integration with other apps, it is our way of managing project and work

  ### 6. Pretty good overall

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Truong P. | Manager, Special Projects, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Kanbanize has a solid API and is very customizable. The design is simple and clean overall

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Not too much, overall a pretty stable system. Lately there have been more frequent patch changes that could catch users off guard and break APIs and automations

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project and work management for the whole team. It also integrates well with other products to create a cohesive process. Our productivity has increased.

  ### 7. Very useful for optimizing workflows and reducing lead times. Great support team!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikesh V. | Sr Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

The software has numerous helpful features that bring the best out of the Kanban world. We specifically like the ability to easily connect multiple boards and put all our projects on display so we can track their progress. The tool gathers historical data which we can analyze in their Analytics module and find inefficiencies in our process.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

There isn’t much because when I have a technical problem, the support team is always there. However, some first-time users might find it hard to implement as there’s a learning curve.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

The software is a great solution for workflow management and scaled Agile implementations through the Kanban method. I recommend first-time users test the product to its full potential during the free trial, take a look at the resources on their website, and have a product demo. There are a lot of hidden gems that can be missed if you don’t know where to look.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of transparency on mid and top-level management is one of the main problems we’re looking to solve with the product so we can support our scaled Agile implementation. We also want to track flow metrics and create forecasts for future project completion.

  ### 8. Flexible and Powerful Product, Great User Experience, Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn M. | Chief Information Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

The product is very flexible, allowing you to configure cards, columns, swimlanes, and boards in whatever configuration your team needs. It also has a very rich set of APIs so that you can integrate it with any other tools your team uses. The support team is outstanding, quick to answer questions and provide examples. The support knowledge base has great answers and is very good at matching your questions to correct answers. The development team delivers new functionality every month, and there's always something in there that makes me glad to use the new release. An excellent product in every sense.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

The rich and complex functionality is a big pill to swallow if you're at KMM level 0 or 1. However, if you keep it simple and do the absolute minimum that you need to do to start using it, you can overcome that daunting mountain of functionality. Kanbanize provides a series of nice intro videos to help you do that.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

Start simple
Watch the intro videos
Use the knowledge base/support site--it's outstanding
Build one or more test/sandbox boards and play with them

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have standardized key workflows with Kanbanize and are using it on a daily basis to help everyone prioritize their work and focus on those things that need attention right away. It also helps us to provide visibility across teams for all work in progress. We use it to organize and manage our Objectives/Key Results and to provide visibility to the job flow process within our scheduling and production departments.

  ### 9. Has not a good board

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Once it is corrected configured, it is "ok" to use. I don't have much to say because I thought that the tool could improve a lot the usability.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

The app is confusing and not well distributed. The board goes to "right and left" and forces the user to use horizontal scroll bars.
The arrow-guided system to classify a task is confusing because you need to remember all the time what is the meaning of that arrow.
The way that the app shows the timeline of the sprints or epics is quite messy.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using the tool to control the development cycle of a financial app. Using this app was to organize the tasks and see all the pieces of information on a board.

  ### 10. Workflows in Kanbanize

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Great visual overview of workflows, easy to add and move project cards.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Complicated reporting widgets, would also like a feature where you can renumber cards.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order to cash processes, managing admin tasks - saves time.

  ### 11. I'm still learning to use it, but so far so good!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelo "Panda" D. | CX Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

The interface is pretty intuitive, most thing are easy to find and figure out.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

The access levels are still confusing to me

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

It will make it so much easier to manage the projects.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project and initiative management.

  ### 12. Your customer service is very responsive to any request.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaclyn A. | head of event manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Kanbanize has allowed me to considerably improve the organization and time management of project activities, thanks to this tool I can divide activities through cards and place them depending on their status (Pending, In Progress, Completed) this has been a significant improvement compared to how I managed this previously, before, I handled everything manually, now thanks to Kanbanize I can upload all the information related to the activities to its web platform and my entire work team has access to the same information, so everyone knows what they have to do without me having to remind them frequently, which translates into a much more agile way of working. Their customer service is very responsive to any request I present to them, and they help me at all times to find a solution to any problem that arises, quickly and effectively so that I can continue with my activities as soon as possible. Additionally, its interface is quite easy to handle, anyone can start using Kanbanize without major inconvenience, and its price is quite affordable which gives it greater value given its price-benefit ratio.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Finding previous cards can be somewhat difficult to accomplish. The design on mobile devices is not responsive, so the user experience was quite poor in that regard, and I had to force myself to use it only on my computer.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a project leader, I started using it within my development team as a mechanism to maintain order within the project, since being a large group, it was necessary for us to organize effectively to maintain better order throughout the project's development.

  ### 13. Not a great tool for project management compared to its competitors

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Kanbanize makes it easy for you to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams. The system is loaded with a number of tools and features that make project management easy, from initial phases of planning and conceptualization to realization and delivery. Kanbanize is known for its powerful analytics module and provides multiple workflow charts and the data is populated automatically. Kanbanize expands its functionality by integrating with a number of systems relevant to the way you work.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

1) Break in subscription value. They just recently divided their subscribers into two tiers leaving original users that do not upgrade their subscription contract to only original features. This is a bad mistake and breaks the premise of SaaS. If a company needs additional revenue they should be raising the cost of the subscription for all in a seamless manner and not bifrucate their user base. 2) Metrics are well developed but it is not easy to get started. Additional thought needs to be given on how to get metrics in the hands of even basic users.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

Pros: - The software is extremely flexible and supports almost any use-case - It is super easy for people to get started (even if they have never used Kanban before or are not in IT) - It is not just another Kanban tool and right from the start it is clear how Kanbanize (the company) is trying to change the way we run our businesses (e.g. by supporting and evangelising Portfolio Kanban) - The reporting engine is top-notch and provides both overview and many drill-down opportunities
Cons: - Individuals often are role players on multiple boards. Currently there is no easy way to show all tasks assigned to an individual and to properly prioritise daily workload. - No integration with their personal Kanban tool flow-e exists at the moment

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it for easy project management and work allocation

**Official Response from Dessislava Vasileva:**

> Thank you for taking the time to review our product! We are constantly improving our software in order to address users' expectations and needs.
When you say "just recently", do you mean our 5.17 to 6.0 update from January 2018?
If yes, in January 2018, we did release a new version of Кanbanize (6.0) with which we introduced new features and a lot of product enhancements. The new version came also with new pricing to reflect the new offering and value. To all our active users at the moment of the update, we offered discount plans in case they wanted to upgrade, as well as the option to continue using the version they initially subscribed to.
If you are a 5.17 user we are more than happy to get in touch and discuss upgrade options for your account.

Kanbanize indeed allows individuals to be role players on multiple boards. To quickly see all cards, which are assigned to you, across all workspaces and boards, you can use the "My Queue Worklog" feature. For details and best practices how to use this feature, please follow the link: https://knowledgebase.kanbanize.com/hc/en-u s/articles/115003302205-My-Queue-and-Worklog-

Alternatively, you can also add a "Cards Assigned To Me" widget on your dashboard. It displays all cards across all projects and boards, which are assigned to you. More info on this feature, you can find here: https://knowledgebase.kanbanize.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003250709-How-to-add-a-dashboard-predefined-widget-

Hope this helps!

  ### 14. Not a bad option

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex G. | Senior QA Engineer / Scrum Master, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

It's a web based easy to understand and lightweight for browsers. Its colorfull and very usefull to work on SCRUM based on kanban. You can trace all the tasks and its quite easy to use and manage.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Squares everywhere. This geometric form, in my opinion, its not nice at all to work because when you are working on a team and you have quite much tasks to perform, its not visible at all and it looks like old school. Maybe a rounded squares would be better.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

If you have a small team or you want to work with SCRUM based on Kanban this is the best solution for your project management. It's easy to configure, everybody knows faster how it works and the basic features are enough to have a traceability of the dedicated hours to each task.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this tool in order to organize the Scrum team tasks during sprint periods. With this tool we are able to track all the work performed by each person and we can see the progress of the current sprint.

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Hi Alex. Thank you for spending the time to write this review. We really appreciate the feedback. We are trying to improve the product on a regular basis, so we can meet users expectation and needs. Kind regards. Kanbanize team.

  ### 15. Complete project management using Kanban technology

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vasyl M. | Manager Quality, Industrial Automation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

A convenient tool for managing tasks and projects, employees and functions of the joint interface. Kanbanize allows you to balance the work processes, keep time management and assess the staff. And also create several permissions, establishing a hierarchy within all communication. Plus, you can print and export data to Excel, even create graphs and charts for analysis. Contains well-developed functionality for analytics. There are a number of other features, such as setting privileges and user roles, custom fields, integration with Email, mobile application, task statuses and much more. Integration with the Jira, Github, Gitlab. The possibility of assessing the status of the project and management of sprints.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

In my opinion this is a very good handy tool, but this program is only for use on large projects. On medium and small projects you will not need all the functionality. The pricing policy is monotonous, there is a test period and only one tariff plan, not quite cheap. Free tariff is not provided. The possibility of assessing the participants' engagement, forecasting, tracking progress, estimating and recording costs, and delegating tasks has not been developed.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

I recommend to automate workflows in a large project.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing documents among workgroups and integrating with version control systems. Visual project management, notification of any changes in the project.

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Hi Vasyl. Thank you for this review. We appreciate the feedback. We really do our best to improve the user experience. Glad to hear that the product help you to balance work processes. Kind regards. Kanbanize team.

  ### 16. Kanban - Great tool for tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Kanabize is a very powerfull tool that we already use since 2014/2015 So we saw this tool developing and becoming a great software for project management.

The base possibility to illustrate and manage a process in a lean-way was always there but beside there now are a lot of options using alerts, business rules, visualizations and also an improved user management.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Product Mix or Demand Changes May Cause Problems.
The kanban system assumes stable, repetitive production plans. ...
The Kanban System Does Not Eliminate Variability. ...

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

Yes its very useful and powerful tool

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Advantages are that you can simply start by putting it on top of your existing process by visualizing what you do currently, make problems area more visible, and then limit your work in progress (WIP) at certain points in your process to better optimize the flow of work through your current system.

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Thanks for your review! We appreciate your feedback. Happy to hear that we can support your project management.

Regards.

Kanbanize team.

  ### 17. A workflow software that is still developing

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

You can assign tasks to different people within the company

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Their are a lot of kinks that still need to be worked out within the system. Sometimes, the cards don't move properly or other little kinks appear and there is a lack of support available to reach out too.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

Kanbanize is working on making the product better. They release updates all the time but they still have a lot of kinks that need to be worked out.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow and knowing when certain tasks are completed. This does help everyone see where the task is in the life cycle.

  ### 18. Great Tool with many possibilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronny S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Kanabize is a very powerfull tool that we already use since 2014/2015 So we saw this tool developing and becoming a great software for project management.
The base possibility to illustrate and manage a process in a lean-way was always there but beside there now are a lot of options using alerts, business rules, visualisations and also an improved user management.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

By the time the former free software became more and more expensive.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage nearly all internal business processes with kanbanize. We also use it with certain service providers and agencys.

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Hi Ronny. Thank you for spending the time to write this review. We really appreciate the feedback. We are trying to improve the product on a regular basis, so we can meet users expectation and needs. We are glad to hear that your like the options of using alerts, business rules, visualizations. Kind regards. Kanbanize team.

  ### 19. Easy to use project management boards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

I like the ability to manage various projects at once, assign tasks and follow progress throughout all stages of development. It's great that you can set privileges by individual user.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

It can be confusing to use at first, but there are plenty of tutorials.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

Do the free trial first

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding a way to better organize and manage projects, especially when many teams are involved.

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Hi Ashley. Thank you for spending the time to write this review.

Glad to hear that we can help you manage various projects at once and follow the progress.

We are constantly trying to improve the product, so we really appreciate your feedback. Kind regards. Kanbanize team.

  ### 20. Getting used to it

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

I enjoy the ability for many users to monitor the project and the demo that the software provides you with immediately once you join. The monitor option promotes transparency in tasks and progress which is imperative within a start uo company.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

The software isn't exactly intuitive and so it takes a bit to understand all of the tools you have access to, but the demo eliminates most of the confusion.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How can we improve user trainings to make them more concise and effective?

  ### 21. Great for project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

This tool is great to visually see the process of your project and which steps are left; visability is great and ability to link cards is very helpful

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

pricing is expensive, but not too bad considering the amount of users

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

use this for lean management and analytics; a little more sophisticated than average project management tool

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the bigger picture of a project and increasing visability; a benefit has been evaluating the efficiency of the project

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Thanks for your review! We appreciate your feedback and your endorsement.
Regards.
Kanbanize team.

  ### 22. Team Organization A Great Benefit

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Kanbanize is a great tool to keep organized on an individual and team level

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

The ability to assign a task to people, but still see your project only view

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

Don’t be intimated by the Kanban style. It takes a minute to get used to!

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kanbanize has helped our team communicate with the number and variety of projects with mid and upper level management.

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate it. Happy to hear that it helps you stay organized.
Kind regards.
Kanbanize team.

  ### 23. Great way for different departments to keep track of bugs & issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra P. | Happiness Expert, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2017

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Great way for different departments to keep track of bugs & issues. Our development team uses this software to keep track of all of the bugs and user issues within our platform. My department is able to put in problems and then keep track of them.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

It can sometimes be difficult to track where cards are since you can have so many rows and columns. A better tracking system and maybe a way to "nudge" a card to be completed would be helpful on my end. Also, the inability for Kanbanize to integrate with some of our other software like Asana makes it difficult to streamline our support.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

Definitely figure out a system with whoever else uses it to try and make it as seamless for all parties involved, especially if different departments and roles are using it for different things.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My department uses it to put in support tickets and problems that our customers are facing so that our development team can fix them and we keep our customers happy. I have realized that it can be hard to manage all of the cards that we are putting in and it is difficult for them to go through them quickly.

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Hi Alexandra. Thank you for this review and thank you for your time. We really appreciate the feedback.

Happy to hear that we help your software development team to track work.

We are constantly trying to improve the product so that we can satisfy our users and their needs. Kind regards. Kanbanize team.

  ### 24. Easy to use!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franklin A. | Senior Administrative Services, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2017

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

Visually it is the best experience, It is easy to drag and drop, search and look up cards that are in the system, It feels like it is almost endless in how you can use it

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

Sometimes it is easy to lose things in all the cards that are posted, but all that needs to be done is search it, but that is a personal thing

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to lose track of tasks and what is needed to get done, this stops things being lost and has a history

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Hi Franklin.

Thank you for spending the time to write this review.

The team is glad to hear that your experience with Kanbanize is positive.

Your feedback is important to us, because we want to improve the product constantly and meet our users' needs. Kind regards. Kanbanize team.

  ### 25. Right Balance of Flexibility and Structure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica M. | User Experience Researcher, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2015

**What do you like best about Businessmap?**

I've been using Kanbanize for the last 4 months with my team. Kanbanize has truly done their homework and struck the right balance between providing a great amount of flexibility while maintaining the ability to pull reports of just about any type you can imagine. Favorite features include creating my own card templates and customizable fields.

**What do you dislike about Businessmap?**

The lack of ability to customize existing analytic reports by adding fields.

**Recommendations to others considering Businessmap:**

If you're looking for something other than an outdated spreadsheet or other variations thereof, try Kanbanize. Their technical support is amazing and they walk you through every aspect. Their free trial is also quite generous.

**What problems is Businessmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage research projects and it's difficult to accurately resource our team. Logging project time is very easy with Kanbanize. The wide variety of reports is certainly one benefit, but again, the primary benefit is the level of flexibility.

**Official Response from Pavel Naydenov:**

> Hi Erica. Thank you for the good words. We really appreciate the feedback.

Glad to hear that you can benefit from detailed reports.

We are constantly trying to improve the product so that we can satisfy our users and their needs. Kind regards. Kanbanize team.
