I think BunnyDoc's email system or contracts sharing system is not that great. When I confirm a contract and plan to send it for signing to other members or stakeholders, it takes about five to ten minutes, which I think should be instant, especially when compared to DocuSign or Adobe Sign. Audit trail. This is one of the best features of BunnyDoc. This way we can easily track what each user is doing, even if you send a document to 100 users for signature. I would love to see API and webhook or some native integrations. That way we will be able to push contacts to BunnyDoc automatically say from Hubspot CRM or anytime the envelope is sent to recipients then the document will be also attached to contact details in Hubspot CRM and so on. The pricing option is very appealing right now when compared to other similar services; the digital signatures are generated with an Entrust certificate which is on the AATL and trusted everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When downloading a signed document from the web console, you have to wait a 5-ish minute period before the AATL signature is attached; and only the file with the audit trail will have this digital signature, which is somewhat counter-intuitive.

The app is relatively new, so there are a number of things that are missing.

For example: there is no support for writing from right to left, it is not possible to set a specific domain, currently the language of the application is only in English.

This is the first document-signing app I've purchased, and I'm very pleased. It was easy to upload a PDF and add the signature and other fields and create a public link for people signing up for my services to sign. Support is also responsive and helpful.
