BULN Reviews & Product Details

BULN is a cloud-based management platform for restaurants, cafés and other foodservice businesses. It brings supplier rebate agreements, purchasing, workforce planning, cost monitoring and HACCP documentation into one system. For supplier rebates, BULN helps operators prepare supplier enquiries and agreement PDFs, record negotiated conditions and track eligible purchasing volumes, accrued rebates and payout status after an agreement has been accepted and activated. Rebate entitlement and payment depend on the individual supplier agreement; BULN does not guarantee rebates. Additional tools support purchase-price monitoring, supplier and invoice management, ordering, recipe costing, shift planning, time tracking, personnel cost analysis and digital hygiene records. AI-assisted scheduling prepares suggestions for the operator to review and approve. Developed from restaurant operating experience in Germany, BULN is designed to help owner-operated hospitality businesses reduce administrative work and maintain an overview of daily operations.
