What do you like best about BuildStar?
The transparency it gives to all of our vendors and the ability for them to see all of their projects and track the milestones that they're paid out on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about BuildStar?
You really have to play around in it to figure out how to do things. It's not very intuitive, and even some basic things I've wanted to do weren't covered in the help or the training section, so it's a lot of figuring things out on your own.
I'm also not wild about it using flash. Many times people have trouble getting flash to work in their browsers (it took me more than a day), but you can't move around within the website without it, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
