BuildRevu Reviews & Product Details

BuildRevu is the modern construction management and contractual governance platform engineered for the realities of complex capital projects in the Middle East and globally. Built from the ground up to uphold rigorous contractual discipline—including native support for FIDIC Red Book (1999 / 2017) review routes—BuildRevu bridges the gap between field teams, lead consultants, main contractors, and project owners. Unlike generic project trackers, BuildRevu is offline-first: site teams can conduct snag walks, daily site diaries, and field quality/HSE inspections in basements or remote plots without cellular connectivity, automatically syncing when reconnected. Key Capabilities: • Document Control & Transmittals: Full revision control with automated QR-coded approval stamps, transmittal PDF generation, and tamper-proof append-only audit histories. • Contractual Review Routes: Strict multi-tier approval governance (Subcontractor → Main Contractor → Consultant → Employer/Client) with enforceable dead-ends, preventing unauthorised self-approval. • Minutes of Meeting (MOM) Engine: Schedule series and ad-hoc meetings, import agendas via CSV, track real-time attendance, circulate minutes with database-guarded review periods, and automatically carry forward open action points across sessions. • 360° Reality Capture: Dedicated 360° photo site walk inspection and progress tracking directly linked to site locations. • Commercial Governance: Structured workflows for Variations, Payment Certificates, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims guarded by role-based author-versus-assessor separation. • Executive Dashboards & TV Presentation: Instant executive summaries, downloadable monthly client report packs, and zero-login TV presentation mode for boardroom display. • Native Mobile Apps: Fast, fully synchronized iOS and Android apps alongside the desktop web portal.
