You can add all the information and will automatically populate **What do you dislike about Showcase?** Sometimes it takes a lot for the website to load and some videos are a little bit difficult to manage, they could be more user-friendly. but that' it. Other than that, I love it! **Recommendations to others considering Showcase:** I love Buildout because you can make smooth flyers. **What problems is Showcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform has allowed me to add property information and populate nice flyers and brochures without me entering it manually. It offers a lot of benefits but does have limits so be sure to ask questions to determine if it can do what you are wanting. **What problems is Showcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** By creating the brochures on the Buildout platform, it automatically creates a pdf of the brochure and populates it to your website. You have the option of sending your marketing emailers out via buildout, which saves time from having to transfer all of the information. ### 3. Where things can be improved, their support team is extremely responsive and willing to make changes where necessary. **What do you dislike about Showcase?** Not much! Buildout is simple yet robust and I rarely have problems. Even when I do, the support team is fast-acting. **Recommendations to others considering Showcase:** It's the best tool out there for listing commercial properties. **What problems is Showcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating property flyers is so much simpler with Buildout. The documents generated are professional and easy to read and understand. Many different features available that would normally take me a few days to do, can be done in a few clicks of the mouse. Information updates, which occur often, are made to a property's profile and are then pushed to all marketing pieces, including documents, websites, eblasts and synced listing sites. **What do you dislike about Showcase?** Very little. This system has been a game-changer for our office, allowing us to effectively and efficiently market our vast listing inventory. The syncing feature is a little clunky and may need some back-office tending, but this may be do to the third-party site rather than a limitation of the Buildout platform.. **Recommendations to others considering Showcase:** Fully utilize the resources given to you by Buildout's support team during initial implementation of Buildout. This will allow you to fully adopt all available features and will ensure that your brand maintained. **What problems is Showcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize the platform as our primary marketing hub, creating all marketing documents, websites,and eblasts from the site. The biggest advantage is their single update functionality that allows a change to be activated one time. Support staff have been very helpful in helping us to set up and brand all marketing functions across channels. ### 10. There are so many features, such as the demographics map, executive summary, the ability to add floor and site plans, cover pages, titles and as many photos as you'd like. **What do you dislike about Showcase?** I dislike that the brochure feature does not have a undo button. I really wish they had that! **Recommendations to others considering Showcase:** Definitely try Buildout! They have several features which are useful: making brochures, flyers and sending marketing emails! **What problems is Showcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are easily able to make brochures on all of our properties through Buildout. Buildout also makes flyer and sends marketing emails as well, but I don't really use that feature as of right now. ### 11.
