What do you like best about Buildertrend?

Our team enjoys using BuilderTrend for many reasons. One of the biggest things that we find beneficial to how we run our company is the daily logs. Our foreman update the daily logs at the end of everyday, so our clients can login and check them and see where their projects are at. What do you dislike about Buildertrend?

Not much. Maybe the app could use some improvements, but nothing specific I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buildertrend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Buildertrend helps us keep organized, and look organized, so we can let our clients in behind the scenes, and look professional doing so. Our team is busy building beautiful custom homes, which can sometimes be rough and dirty, and BuilderTrend platform is easy for them to logon and fill in their logs amidst that. What do you like best about Buildertrend?

I enjoy being able to run many aspects of a project on one platform. I utilize template daily and they make my life easier. I like that if I put something down, my coworker can pick it up without delay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BT Best for job tracking"

What do you like best about Buildertrend?

BT helps keep track of our projects and allows us to easily obtain info about our customers with a click of a button. Being able to upload info as daily logs and as photos keeps us up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have many jobs over the last 10 years. Sometime it is difficult to gain access to old files. This makes us rely more on google drive to get the information that we need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful features for most Builders"

What do you like best about Buildertrend?

Great for internal use - Admin, construction and site management for our field staff and trades. Talks to Quickbooks. Ability to work with BT on specializing programs to us, rolling out ACH payments through BT etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a builder looking to get the most out of the selection feature. We have been working with several people within BT to create options for us to help streamline this process into how we already use BT every day. "Great System"

What do you like best about Buildertrend?

We are a small business and this system is perfect for us. The CRM system is what I use the most for sales. It allows for tracking activity and future activity. Once the home is sold, the convert lead to sale is easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildertrend?

The lead opportunity does not allow you to attach multiple contacts to a lead, but you can create custom fields to make something that works. Also, trying to search leads/contacts is not the most efficient and when entering new leads does not flag for duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
