**What do you like best about Build Concierge?**

We have been using Build Concierge since its inception, and right away we saw its potential to be a gamechanger for businesses like ours. When Simon and Saul demonstrated the first version of the AI chatbot—which converts online leads directly into jobs within the system—it was a true lightbulb moment for us.

The reduction in administrative time, not to mention the elimination of human errors, has been almost immeasurable. What used to take 5-10 minutes to register a new client or job now happens instantly. This allows us to scale our operations without needing to increase our back office staff at the same rate, and the team members who previously handled these tasks can now focus on revenue-generating activities.

Most of the Build Concierge team previously worked at Big Change, a software product we've relied on for 8-9 years. This gave us confidence that we were in capable hands, with a team that understands our goals and how we operate. As an added bonus, the team has also been engaging with external client software products that we use.

The efficiencies we've achieved with our existing contracts are now being incorporated into new contracts and tenders. Our clients are genuinely impressed by the immediate flow of accurate and essential information.

Adopting Build Concierge has accelerated our growth and improved our profit margins. In fact, we've even had to hire additional staff to keep up with demand—proving that AI doesn't take away jobs, but rather makes existing roles more productive and profitable!

**What do you dislike about Build Concierge?**

Literally nothing. I've tried to think of something but any idea I or the team have, Build Concierge can do - or at least can add it to the menu. It's one of the good things or working with this start up, we are able to shape the product to fit our business. The team are so helpful and communication is constant at all levels of the business.

**What problems is Build Concierge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The greatest challenge that Build Concierge has addressed for us is eliminating the need for manual administration of countless simple tasks, such as scheduling jobs for operatives. We have to perform these actions hundreds of times daily, spanning multiple clients and industries. Handling these tasks by hand inevitably results in delays when responding to urgent SLAs and introduces errors in the information we generate and relay to Technicians. These mistakes can have downstream effects, frustrating both our clients and internal stakeholders. With these processes now happening almost effortlessly, as if by mAgIc, life has become significantly easier for everyone involved.

Another major issue this solution is helping us tackle is how to scale our business while keeping costs under control. We are securing new contracts every week, and with the ability to create fully automated workflows, the entire process from work order to invoice has become remarkably straightforward. While some careful planning is needed when mobilising each new contract, once the workflows are established, everything runs smoothly. This allows us to focus on expanding our field staff to deliver the work, without needing to increase our back office team at the same pace. We will always need people to oversee operations, but now the administrative workload can grow exponentially without requiring a proportional increase in headcount. As a result, our team can dedicate more time to valuable activities, such as discussing problem sites with clients, supporting Technicians in the field, and pursuing more revenue-generating opportunities like quoting for non-standard work.

Build Concierge has changed the way we load jobs as the automation price does it for you, the time this has freed up in the box office is amazing.
