
I like that BugBase centralizes all issues in one place, avoiding scattered bug reports across emails or chats, which ensures nothing gets missed. The organized and structured approach to bug tracking makes it really easy to categorize bugs by priority, status, and severity, helping me know what needs immediate attention and what can wait. It's also straightforward to filter and simple to assign tasks, which I find valuable. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, with creating a project and adding team members being simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think one area where BugBase could improve is the user interface, which can feel a bit basic or less intuitive in some workflows. Some parts of the UI, especially when viewing detailed bug reports, feel a bit cluttered. A cleaner layout with better spacing and clearer visual hierarchy would improve readability.
