This approach also helps maintain the application’s security and privacy. If you’re not authenticated, you can’t join the program, which keeps client organizations’ data more confidential than on other bug bounty platforms. For me, that’s a positive because, comparatively, there’s less competition and more chance of earning bounties and rewards due to the confidentiality factor. It has a very good interface that makes security researchers and companies collaborate by offering great tools and communication. The combination of Bug Bounty programs and penetration testing really helps businesses stay safe without hassle. It's easy to use and saves time if you start any new business. As a beginner, it was also easy to start using this software. Setting up BugBase wasn't difficult for me. I use BugBase regularly, especially for managing security vulnerabilities and running tests, because it's easy to use, but some features need to be changed. Also, one thing I like the most is their customer support, which is very good. Whenever I ran into issues, they were quick to respond over chat and mail. **What do you dislike about BugBase?** What I don't like about BugBase is that it lacks some customization options. I am using this platform and it works well, but the user interface feels a bit confusing sometimes and also takes longer, which is a bad experience for any user because we are living in a world with so many options for the same service. As a user, I just want to go with the fastest and easiest choice. For example, the "Vulnerabilities" section and 'Reports' section are not organized in a way that makes it easy to jump between them quickly.
