"Good Vapt and big bounty services"
What do you like best about BugBase?

The best part about Bigbase is that it offers bounty programs, but not to everyone. This approach also helps maintain the application’s security and privacy. If you’re not authenticated, you can’t join the program, which keeps client organizations’ data more confidential than on other bug bounty platforms. For me, that’s a positive because, comparatively, there’s less competition and more chance of earning bounties and rewards due to the confidentiality factor. In short, it’s not “you choose them,” but “they choose you.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

Since it is a newer solution and comparatively smaller than bugcrowd and portswigger, so many ethical hackers doesn't know much about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Security and Seamless Integrations Boost Productivity"
What do you like best about BugBase?

This tool not only centralizes all security reports but also automates a large part of the triage workflow. I used to waste a lot of time reviewing duplicate reports or false positives, but with BugBase's intelligent filtering system, I can now focus only on truly critical findings. Another feature I've found extremely useful is the integration with Jira and Slack. Thanks to this, reports are automatically converted into tickets, and notifications go directly to my team's channel, preventing anything from getting lost in emails or messages. This has improved communication between the security team and the developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

I've noticed that the interface can become a bit slow when handling many reports simultaneously or when loading dashboards with a significant vulnerability history. It's not something that prevents work, but it does slightly delay analysis during peak periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy and practical tool for development and security."
What do you like best about BugBase?

I use BugBase because it's simple and user-friendly. The interface is clean and simple, which makes tracking and managing security issues more convenient.

As a developer, it helps me to stay in top of security issues that could impact my code, and looking at last reports makes it easier to learn from mistakes and avoid them in future.

I really like BugBase that it keeps a record of all previous reports, so I don't have to waste my time in searching for old data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

The documentation should be better.

The platform itself is easy to use, but it would be really helpful to have clearer instructions and some real-world examples in how to report vulnerabilities correctly.

It would also be great if response time for reported issues were faster, especially for critical bugs. This would allow developers to address security concerns more quickly without having to wait too long for updates.

The pricing is another issue- it feels a bit high. A longer trial or more flexible pricing would make it easier to figure out if it's the right fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly platform for bounty hunters and security researchers"
What do you like best about BugBase?

The biggest resaon why i use BugBase is it's user friendly interface. It has very good interface that makes security researcher and companies collaborate by offering great tools and communication. Tracking reported bug or vulnerability status is very understanding with all the necessary details. And all the previously reported vulnerabilities and bugs are saved very efficiently. It also showcases vulnerabilities and their categories because any beginner can understand them very quickly, and this platform does not have much time-consuming interface and complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

Bug base has lots of great functionalities, but apart from that, it might be good it they add more instruction on their program and also provide some examples from where asecurity researcher or bug bounty hunter reports their finding or vulnerabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Robust Bug Tracking Solution for Developers"
What do you like best about BugBase?

What I like most about BugBase is its intuitive interface and efficient system for managing bugs and issues during development. It allows for ticket creation, task assignment, and detailed tracking, making team collaboration easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

What I dislike about BugBase is that some advanced features can be tricky to configure, especially for users who aren't as familiar with the software. Also, the cost of the premium versions can be a bit high compared to other options on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good Bug Bounty platform for beginners in Bug Bounty Hunting"
What do you like best about BugBase?

The one thing i like the best about the platform is that it has a bit lesser competition that other Bug Bounty platform lacks. Also, the list of the programs consist of some reputated organizations which reduce the chances of decalring the bug report informative or not applicable as mostly small organizations do. The Platform is bit easy to use & access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

I majorly prefer to hunt on self-hosted programs due to the reason of response time & support. If i talk about hunting bugs on Bug Bounty Platforms like BugBase with programs listed on it, they do have slow repsonse & triaging actions. Which makes me ;ess influencing to hunt on these platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful Tool with Potential for Growth"
What do you like best about BugBase?

what i like best about BugBase is how easy it makes finding security issues the combination of Bug Bounty programs and penetration testing really helps business stay safe withou of hassale , is it easy to use and save time if you start any new bussiness .

Because as beginer its also easy start using this software , setting up bugbase wasn't Difficult for me

i use Bugbase regularly, especially for managing security valunerabilities and running test , because its easy to use but some features need to be changed

Also one thing which i like the Most there Customer Support , which is very good whenever i ran into issues they were quick to respond over the chat and mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

what i don't like about BugBase is that it lacks some customization options. i am using this platform and it's woks well, but the user interface feels a bit confusing sometimes , and also takes longer time , which is a bad experience for any user , because we are living in such world where so many options For the same service , as a user i just want to go with the fastest and esiest choice , while BUgbase

For Example the "Vulnerabilities" Section and 'Reports' section are not organized in a way that makes it easy to jump between them quickly. i often have to scroll through different pages to get the information which i need , which is waste of time , also the "Alerts " TAB dosen't let me customize which notifications i see first to get rid of the ones i don't need.

Setting up BugBase was'nt Difficult but it did require some time to understand how everthing worked . there could be more onboarding guidance to make the process faster for new users, because when i tried for integration bugbase with other tools it was a bit tricky at first . "BugBase VS BugBase - Pioneer in Efficient Bug Tracking"
What do you like best about BugBase?

Many things are there which I find very useful in my project that to as a tester and developer, like de-duplication of bugs which are already existing and AI Prediction of resolution for Bugs based on it's previous experience with it's great Accuracy and also friendly UI and no prior user training is required to work on BugBase. And also it's seemless integrations with the JIRA and other softwares is also an added advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

Sometime it is quite lagging. But Bugbase team is resolving based on feedbacks from the Users, Which is the best thing. Hopefully they will fix the lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consistently helping the platform to asses bugs"
What do you like best about BugBase?

Finding and patching bugs are essential for any product and business. Keeping track and managing bugs can sometimes throw people off their flow and focus which is is why we use BugBase. This helps us worry less about finding bugs and help our teams asses the bug's criticality and patching the bug. The integration was also an ease within our system. Our engineering managers can look up bugs which needs to be fixed on a weekly interval and apply fixes for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?

Haven't had any so far. We've been using it and advantages outweigh any disadvantages unless they up their cost for the managed vulnerability assessment program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
