What do you like best about BugBase?

As a project manager i am handeling a team where we are using lots of tool and technologies and I really appriciate the services quality of BugBase. What do you like best about BugBase?

Finding and patching bugs are essential for any product and business. Keeping track and managing bugs can sometimes throw people off their flow and focus which is is why we use BugBase. This helps us worry less about finding bugs and help our teams asses the bug's criticality and patching the bug. The integration was also an ease within our system. Our engineering managers can look up bugs which needs to be fixed on a weekly interval and apply fixes for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBase?
