What do you like best about BSC Designer?

BSC Designer is extremely helpful in building structured and visual strategy maps. I love how it allows you to create individual scorecards for departments while still linking them under a unified company-wide strategy. The ability to manage KPIs, assign responsibilities, and align goals in one platform simplifies strategic planning significantly. The interface is clean, and the ability to switch between different perspectives (financial, customer, etc.) makes the process intuitive and aligned with balanced scorecard methodology. What do you dislike about BSC Designer?

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, especially when trying to link entire scorecards together instead of just KPIs. The documentation could offer clearer step-by-step tutorials for more complex features like hierarchical scorecards and strategy alignment across business units.
