BSC Designer is extremely helpful in building structured and visual strategy maps. I love how it allows you to create individual scorecards for departments while still linking them under a unified company-wide strategy. The ability to manage KPIs, assign responsibilities, and align goals in one platform simplifies strategic planning significantly. The interface is clean, and the ability to switch between different perspectives (financial, customer, etc.) makes the process intuitive and aligned with balanced scorecard methodology.
