BrokLeads Reviews & Product Details

BrokLeads is a lead management CRM with a shared WhatsApp inbox, built for sales teams in Pakistan, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Leads from Facebook and Instagram ads, website forms and file imports land in one list. Rules send each lead to the right agent, and the team can see why. Everyone replies from one shared WhatsApp inbox, with saved replies, notes and labels, so no chat lives on one person's phone. Owners and managers can see how fast the team replies, set office hours and a first-response target, and follow every lead from first message to close. Guided WhatsApp flows ask the first questions for you and hand the chat to a person. The interface works in English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout. It suits any sales team and goes deepest for real estate. An Android app is available, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
