## About BrokerCRM
BrokerCRM is a Hebrew, right-to-left CRM and AI platform for real estate agents and offices in Israel. Telephony, transcription and AI are the core of the product rather than an add-on: each agent's phone line routes through the system, so every call - inbound or outbound, answered or missed - is saved to the client record with a recording, duration and time. Recordings are transcribed in Hebrew with speaker separation and summarized: what the client wants, what was agreed, what happens next. A call from an unknown number opens a new lead on its own. An AI assistant connected to the office's clients, properties and calendar books meetings and opens opportunities, in the system or over WhatsApp. Around it sits a full CRM: per-agent WhatsApp, two-way email and calendar sync, six pipelines by deal type, a live property database from Yad2 and Madlan, two-way property matching, public property pages, lead forms and digital signature for exclusivity agreements. Pricing is a single plan at ILS 300 per active agent per month.
